Accidentally broke end the ball bearing and spring for one of the levers so be careful when you install it and or pull it out. After going back and forth with the company, they went above and beyond to make the situation right, and have earned a customer who will gladly share this with friends and family as well as you guys the consumers. The product does not include a base although the representation would lead someone to think it does come included. I found it very misleading, and ultimately wanted to send the umbrella back as the cost for a base put this out of my price range. They as mentioned went above and beyond to earn a customer and therefore, I have nothing but a positive experience with this product and company. Just remember, when purchasing, the base is not included and must be purchased separately. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to the summer ahead and my family enjoying the new addition to our patio and pool! Thank you to Purple Leaf for making it right! 🙂 ... show more
