I love this heating pad! It’s soft and big enough to use on my lower back at night. I like that I can put it on Stay On so it’s warm all night whenever I need it. It does have the auto shut off also. It’s probably the third one I’ve had because they last about two years but I use it every day.

First of all, this is a great heating pad. It has a lot of temperature choices. It’s big. The cover is soft and feels nice. It lets you choose either that it stay on, or that it shuts off after 2 hours. It’s very good, except… For some reason the company decided that if you choose the 2 hour timer, it’d be a swell idea to make the control light FLASH when the 2 hours time out. Flash without ceasing. This is pointlessly annoying. Guess what; we’ve always had a signal that the 2 hours was up. A glance at the control TELLS you it’s off either way, by that same red light on the control simply turning off. Light off, time’s up, go play pickleball. Light flashing, time’s up, but It Must Be Attended To, by fishing the cord back up to grab the control, and click On/Off which isn’t the final step, nope, it turns the heat BACK ON, so you have to click it again to turn it off. Let me emphasize that the heat IS OFF. But if you don’t perform a Procedure to stop that light, it will keep flashing if you go out to your kid’s ballgame for hours, or leave Poughkeepsie to visit your aunt in Florida. It will probably flash until the power grid croaks. I’ll add that this is not the only brand that employs the flashing light. If this doesn’t bug you, it’s otherwise a recommended heating pad, but I think they should fire Dolores Umbridge from the Product Development team. ... show more

Love these extra large heating pads. Family uses them all the time. These have an extra setting that can keep them on if you don’t want them to shut off on a timer but you need good judgement when doing this for safety reasons.

I liked it until I didn't. Appreciated that there were heat levels, adjusted quickly, and had a 2h shutoff. Within a few months though, the heat became inconsistent. I never went past level 3 before and sometimes it wouldn't get warm until I set it to 4. More alarming, sometimes it gets extremely hot at levels 2-3. This is my 4th purchase of this item. My family & I love it. It is very large, the fabric is super soft and it has 6 settings & an auto shut off. It warms up really quickly & has a good range of warmth with the different settings. It’s lightweight, easy to fold or roll up to store. It covers your whole back or sometimes I fold it in half length wise and lay it around my neck. Highly recommend! The only downside is that it has about a 3-4 year life span. Every one that I’ve bought dies after 3-4 years. We do use it A LOT though, so maybe it would last longer if you don’t use it that often. ... show more
