I recently purchased the bench and it has been a fantastic addition to my home gym setup. The bench is solidly built, offering great stability even when I am lifting heavier weights. I especially appreciate how versatile it is - the adjustable incline, decline and flat positions allow for a wide range of exercises, and the included leg extension and curl attachments make it perfect for full body strength training. Assembly was straightforward, though it did take some time, and the instructions could be a little clearer in spots. But once it is put together, the bench feels very sturdy, and the padding is comfortable for longer workout sessions. The preacher curl attachment is a nice touch for bicep exercises, and the leg attachments are smooth and easy to adjust. Overall, the weight bench is a great value for the price. It is a reliable piece of equipment that supports a variety of exercises and can handle heavy use.

If you have a small space and you need to be able to easily store away your workout equipment this definitely will be all right. Although my issue with the foldability of this product is that it does not lock into place so you have to be cautious of the legs swinging while you move this thing around. The adjustability of it is pretty fair and as advertised in the photos. It's pretty comfortable for a small or medium size male it may be slightly uncomfortable for somebody who is wide with broad shoulders but you'll have to test that for yourself. The value for the money is pretty much there around $80 or so bucks isn't bad at all. It's not heavy so you might want to lay some weights down on the feet to keep it in place depending on your own way and movement during workouts. The interlocking leg holders are fine but a little bit awkward since they're directly straight down and there is not much room for someone who is tall or thicker in the legs to adjust so certain people may not be able to utilize this feature. The setup of this is a teeny bit confusing and there is not much explanation for setup. Overall the workout purpose of this product does what it's supposed to and is budget friendly.

this is a great bench. It gets used constantly. There are a number of us in the house that use it from the age of 39 to 14. it breaks down and stores decently. it is very sturdy and stable when set up. The adjustable back is incredible as well to help create different levels of workout.

I positively love this weight bench! Super easy to assemble & high quality made. I know it looks like a lot, but the instructions are straight forward & all the needed tools are included along with the bench. If you do want to shave a couple minutes off of your build, then use 13mm & 17mm sockets along with the included Allen wrenches. Either way, you're looking at 20 minutes from unpacking to fully built & working out. Not difficult in any way! Remember: the central bracket is "pins in the middle, bolts on the outside". This allows the bench to fold up properly for storage (I messed that up my first time - only spot where I got confused on the build). Now, despite having to build it yourself, this is an awesome workout bench! High quality padding with PU leather style exterior covering. Elegant look & a functional style. Super easy to operate rear sawtooth back support system. This bench adjusts from Flat to Incline to Sitting Straight Up 90 to Decline & everything in-between. Plus, when your workout is over, the whole thing folds up flat to tuck in a closet or corner out of the way & clearing up floor space. Very nice at-home workout bench! I highly recommend this. And at 800+ lbs, it's made to handle WAY more workout than this old man is gonna throw onto it. Enjoy!!

The listed product is not what I received. I received the bench in the picture. It’s a great bench. Very sturdy, but it was so hard to put together. My son put it together for me. I love that it folds up and fits easily in my closet.

This is a VERY HIGH-QUALITY, VERY STURDY, VERY SUPREMELY MADE Weight Bench and I am thrilled to have found it! It is compactable and so functional with the various features of adjustment with; incline, decline, flat positions that will allow me to perform all of the weight-lifting exercises that I desire! The design is amazing and innovation with all of its functionality and it is foldable and easily put away when not in use. I am so impressed with this entire weight bench along with the workmanship of it, the premium leather, the padding and comfort and just the ENTIRE BENCH! I really like this bench a lot. It's very portable, and folds away for storage so it doesn't take up alot of space when not in use. The angles it hits are very comprehensive for 90% of workouts and allows for some sit ups as well. Assembly was very straight forward. The directions are very simple to follow and all the parts come in bags labeled for each step of the instructions rather than all in one pack. This made assembly even easier. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble using my own ratchet set. The included tools are good, but mine were better. The resulting build is a very stable and sturdy piece of workout equipment. The only warning I can give is to not overtighten things as you build, otherwise this is a great bench at a really good price point!
