As a mom of three I thought this product would be a good gift for an expectant mom so I ordered it. It came as described with 4 instant cold and absorbent pads. I don't remember this item as being something that would have helped me to recover after vaginal births but oh well. This labor and delivery kit however would be perfect for mothers in low resource settings, which is why I ordered it. This set comes with a little manual for the expectant mom which is a nice touch. This product would be improved if it came with a bag to carry the contents of the box. Ironically on the box it says "Ultimate Labor & Delivery Hospital Bag" with NO BAG in the box. This is definitely giftable, but it comes at a high price.
