Charger suddenly died after 10 months. Nothing unusual happened in the meantime, i.e. no extreme cold or heat. No electrical surges in the house. It just died. I wanted to write the company to ask about replacement or warranty policies, but neither email on the company website is working. Got a message that my emails to the company were undeliverable for both emails on the company website. My advice is find a different charger, or if you do go with this one, get the 2-year Amazon replacement guarantee. I wish I had.

I bought this for my Kia EV6. I wanted to have a portable charger I can keep in the car just in case. I tried it a couple times at home and it works great. It seems like a very simple and sturdy charger. I really like the fabric case, and it fits great in my frunk!

I had to replace my original phase 1 charger that came with the van. I was hesitant due to the reasonable price, but the reviews were too good to pass up. I have now had it for about 2 months. It works as good if not better than the original. It is definitely beefier than the other. I'm happy so far.
