I like the hand held vacuum as a posed to the pool vaccum. The sand and silt bag collects all the little bits that the pool filter does not. It did a great job this spring when I opened the pool. It made quick work

    • Excellent! Better material than what originally came with the vacuum!
Living in a dusty area, with not many trees, I get more dust and dirt at the bottom of the pool than leaves or larger debris. I almost always only use and need the sand and silt bag. Because I have used the original sand and silt for 2 summers now, it was starting to get a little thin in spots so I thought I should order a spare in case the original tears or something. (It hasn't yet.) This new replacement is made out of a new material which is so much better!!!!!! The original was this sort of fuzzy material which worked really great, but was hard to clean. Stuff would get stuck and wouldn't want to come out. The replacement bag is this silky feeling material. I was skeptical when I first saw it, but I am thrilled to say, it works even better than the original, and also very easily rinses clean. It's amazing. I was thrilled with my Pool Blaster Max CG before, but, with this new sand an silt bag, it makes me even happier! ... show more

The Water Tech vacuum I have came with two bags: a thin one and a thicker, much less porous one. This bag resembles the thinner factory bag-- although this one is not as big. I had some visible sand and debris in the deep part of the pool, and the vacuum with this bag got it all. Fits perfectly. n time delivery. Good price. ... show more

Very easy to clean compared to filter that came with the vacuum. Also keeps smaller particles compared to what came with the vacuum.

    • Knit is too tight for water flow
Our original filter was not woven or knit; it was a blown fiber that allowed the water to flow through. This item has a tight knit fabric, and the water does not flow so you lose your vacuum, and it won't pick up anything.
