I absolutely LOVE this coffee machine with single cup. The water reservoir is huge! Less times to refill it. The reservoir is used for a full pot (with extra water in the reservoir after a full pot) and single cups. Both are fast. The pot is a 12 cup. I use the single cup the most, but my husband and I will make a pot of coffee from time to time as well. The coffee pot is so much easier and cleaner when it’s using the reservoir water from the back, and no more trying to poor water into the area behind where you put the grounds in, and spilling water everywhere. I love this machine. It pairs the k-cup convenience with a 12 cup carafe for larger coffee needs. Easy to use out of the box. I do wish that the water reservoir was detachable, but that's minor. The machine is quiet and has multiple functions and setting. I like the auto-shut off timer, and find the size of the unit to be perfect. It does not take up a ton of counter space. ... show more

Looks great and is actually more streamline than older Keurig. Easy to use....stays hot longer than my older one too. The strong and X-hot features are excellent and really do the job. I love it and can highly commend this product.

i've been using the Keurig Duo for a while now, and i love the flexibility it gives me. Some mornings I just want a quick single cup, and other times I want to brew a full pot for the family or guests. This machine does both really well. The single serve side is fast and convenient, especially if you use k cups, but i like that you can also use your own coffee with a reusable filter. The carafe side brews a good, hot pot of coffee and the warming plate keeps it at the right temperature without burning it. It's very easy to use and clean. The water reservoir is a nice size. Let me tell you about how AMAZING not only their products are but, also how AMAZING they are as a company! I bought my duo March 28, 2025. This past Saturday we woke up to our coffee pot no longer working && giving us an error code. My spouse && I done all sorts of trouble shooting for HOURS working on this coffee maker. I finally gave up! I was shocked because I had owned Keurig before && they ALWAYS held up. I caved && called customer service. They was SHOCKED to hear that this coffee pot was only a few months old! They tried to help me troubleshoot it as well. Just a few steps && they couldn’t get it either. The customer service guy sent me a link to send my proof of purchase && I had to wait for them to look it all over. Within 24 hours I was approved for my warranty && of course the next day was Sunday. It’s now TUESDAY && my coffee pot is here! I’ve never seen a name brand company ship a product so fast! THANK YOU KEURIG && THANK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS! They stand behind them 100%! I got this coffee pot when my k-cup coffee maker I had bought a year ago went out. (That’s a different story.) I got this specific maker because my spouse loves a pot every morning before before he goes to work && I like to use the single side occasionally for my drinks! I have SPOILED him with this Keurig && I absolutely BABY this coffee pot! He tells me all the time every cup is just as good as the very first. (If you keep it very clean && well maintained yours will do the same!) When this went out you would have thought he lost his best friend! Needless to say he was ecstatic when I told him the new coffee pot come in today! I will always buy Keurig from here on out! You couldn’t ask for a better product. (My was obviously a flunk. Best coffee machine I’ve purchased. It gets hotter than other machines, the taste is pure, and it can brew a strong cup. It’s easy to clean, works flawlessly, and has a large water tank so you don’t have to refill it for every cup.
