    • Love it now that we found the right timer setting and the right litter to use!
Only challenges were finding the best litter to use and then setting the correct cleaning time after the cats used it to give the litter time to clump so it wouldn't make a mess when it spins for the cleaning cycle. The best litter I found for our two cat household was the Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal Slide (Multi-Cat formula). I set the timer to can 15 minutes after the cats exit the litter box. That has worked very well and I have not seen anything stick to the drum when it spins to clean. I tried all natural clumping (worlds greatest brand) and a clumping crystal litter as well. In terms of cost compared to other automated litter boxes, this one is a solid choice. It's simple to assemble and easy to operate. My only issue is that it tends to lose its WiFi connection, requiring me to unplug it and plug it back in to reconnect. I appreciate that when the WiFi is working, it can display your cat's weight and track how many times it's been used. It also alerts you when the waste bin is full. ... show more

    • Spend your money on something better
It worked well for a week, then litter started clumping to the sides of the device, requiring some level of scraping or scooping. I have two cats. It does not discern between both of them correctly. It says the cat is inside the box when it’s not the add litter function does not work. I’m currently waiting for a reply because I cannot have a non-working litter box All in all, I am not impressed with this product ... show more

My cats love it. It didn't take long for them to used to it. Even with two cats using it I only have to empty the waste bin twice a week.

We wanted this to work, but it had too many problems. The deodorizer has a very strong smell that kept our cat away from the unit till we removed it. The unit does not function as described. Urine clumps stick to the litter tray and don't go into the catch drawer. Small poops go through the screen and stay in the litter. The unit started too soon and spooked the cat. The App was hard to get connected so I couldn't make any adjustments to how it operates (Normally I wouldn't install such a low rated App), ... show more

My wife and I adore this box so much that we just purchased a second one. Having a household with three cats can be a pain and leave a lingering cat waste smell, paired with litter being tracked all over. This litter box helps to remove the fuss of all aspects: -Cleaning: is a breeze (pull out the drawer, remove the garbage bag, and add more litter). -Sanitization: Because the dirty litter/waste falls into a deodorized compartment at the bottom, so there is no more scooping smelly litter. -Automation: An automated cleaning cycle is triggered when the cat leaves the box. -App integration: The app allows you to track when the box is being used, and sets reminders when to clean/replace deodorizer. Tracked litter: While the cats still track litter all over, the amount is reduced by the included silicon mat. Overall: While pricey, this litterbox is awesome and will save you both time and frustration in the long run. Get it! ... show more
