My cat Snow accepted it right away. I can tell she was not the biggest fan of her older litter box, Petkit Max. She was usually picky and hesitated, but I think the open concept made her feel easy. She is quite a large cat (she has a very big frame and the vet always says she is a little overweight), but she moved around very comfortably. The thing that made me comfortable is how safe it is, with all the camera, weight and infrared sensors, the litter box will stop any movement if my cat is nearby. Snow will use the facility, then walk away, then come back to cover it. And it makes sure my baby girl is safe during her whole action. And there is no smell, which surprised me. I chose a more closed system before because I didn't want my house to smell like cat poop. But wow, this litter box is nailing it. No smell at all. Snow tends to pee around the edge, and with our previous little box, it would smear, stick, and leak to the bottom…(eww, it’s stinky if you know what I’m talking about, concentrated cat pee). This one gets way less sticking on the edge, and so far, I don’t see any leak to the bottom. The cleaning is much easier, and I’m much happier. The app features are also so much better than I expected.. I was like, "Hmm, do I really want to see how my cat pees and poos?" I guess I do, I care about her health a lot. As she ages, I want to know when and how her pee and poo are. The camera is very clear, allowing us to see her cute little face too. I can control air purifying, cleaning, leveling, and even empty the whole litter box through my phone. Overall, it’s stylish, easy to maintain, safe, odorless, and my cat loves it. The open concept with great odor control and a smart app make it totally worth it.

I like this automatic litter box. It looks great in our home (love the white color) and works great (zero errors so far). We have a large cat (over 15 lbs), and this litter box is spacious and accommodates his size perfectly. The sensor system is excellent—it stops immediately the moment my cat approaches. One of my favorite features is the rotation design. Unlike our old Litter-Robot, where the waste drawer at the bottom gets exposed during the cleaning cycle, this globe rotates in a way that keeps the waste drawer covered. My cat is very curious and used to trying to reach into the waste drawer on our old unit, so this design is much better and prevents him from getting into the mess. The "Waste Cover Assist" feature is another great feature I like. I set the delay time for 10 minutes, and the unit rotates specifically to cover waste before cleaning, which prevents sticking. This has been very effective! (we haven't had any sticky issues or messes adhering to the liner). Our old litter box accumulated permanent stains we couldn't remove. I like that the liner pad on this new unit is replaceable, meaning we don't have to worry about long-term staining. The odor control is noticeably better than our old Litter-Robot, especially during the cleaning cycle. I guess the major reason is that the waste bin stays sealed inside, so it’s never exposed to the open air during the cleaning cycle (I haven't even needed to use the built-in air purifier often). The app is very useful. I get notifications every time he goes, which helps me track his habits. The live camera and weight monitoring features are very helpful!

I can't believe a company invested so much money into designing a product only to end up with this. Where do I even start? Replaceable mat liner. Surprise, surprise: "Lasts up to 3 months... Replace it sooner if you notice waste sticking." They sell this disposable liner for $29.99 + tax. That means I'd have to pay $119.96 + tax annually just for this liner. This is either malicious design, bad design, or both! The liner is marketed as anti-stick, but one of my cats doesn't sit to urinate—she aims at the walls. Look at the picture and see for yourself how that turns out. The "super duper" anti-stick coating doesn't work, even when brand new. Shallow waste container. After running this machine for a day and a half, I got a notification from the app saying the waste container was full. It seems like no one tested this before manufacturing and releasing it, because if they had, they'd know that litter waste piles up like a pyramid in the container. It doesn't matter that the container is wide—a small pyramid of waste will trigger the "full" sensors after just a day and a half with two cats. It's laughable. I found more issues, but I'm tired of writing at this point. I'm returning this.

Awesome product！It will immediately stop cleaning once the cat is around. I think it’s detecting the environment via camera and motion sensor. Great feature! And after cats running away, it will continue. BTW, it also deodorizes when cleaning. Thanks for the unique idea, I can put it in my bedroom instead of bathroom. Our cats loves it! It can notify me through the app which cat has used the litter box, and it can even weigh them at the same time—very convenient. The app design is also very simple, with one-click cleaning and deodorizing, and one-click litter disposal. I’ve used other automatic litter boxes before, but none had sterilization features or a camera directly facing the inside of the box. It’s a very user-friendly design, especially helpful for observing the shape of the cats’ stool.

I’m really happy with this smart litter box. The cleaning and deodorizing are very effective, every cycle leaves the box fresh and clean. The triple safety protection works great; the sensors stop the machine immediately whenever my cat gets close, so I feel very impressed. The automatic cleaning is a huge upgrade from traditional litter boxes and saves me a lot of time. The app is also very helpful, I can check usage records, get alerts, and monitor my cat’s habits remotely. Overall, it’s convenient, quiet, hygienic, and much better than regular litter boxes. Update- support got back to me and did a round of trouble shooting. After all else failed, the manufacturer did send me a new machine. Since the new one showed up, it has been wonderful. Easy to empty and the features are awesome. Especially the safety guards to prevent cleaning while anything is even near the litter box. I would recommend this, but would say to get it off the PETLIBRO website and not deal with the middleman I would love to give this an honest review, but after unboxing and plugging it in… nothing. It won’t even power on. I didn’t even put litter in it yet. I don’t know if it was dropped a few time before it got to my doorstep or if it was broke from the manufacturer. But currently in communication with Petlibra support, but they are only open M-F 8-4 ( while I’m working). Amazon support says they’ll refund my money but that could take up to 30 days, then reorder. Frustrating for how much money it is and how I’m being inconvenienced, when it could be a simple (sorry, we will send you a new one) would do.

I’m really happy with this upgrade from my previous litter robot 3. My old one kept failing to identify which cat was using it because their weights are almost the same. This new one shows each cat’s usage and activity through the built-in camera, which is super helpful. I’ve tried several automatic litter box brands before, and overall this one feels the most well-made. The base is sturdy and the design looks great in my bathroom. The cleaning cycle is smooth and quiet. Another big plus is the air-purifying feature. I no longer need scented bags to cover up urine smell. And the safety system is excellent: if a cat gets near, it stops immediately and resumes once they leave. This really matters to me because one of my cats is extra curious and always comes back to inspect how the machine works.

I consistently had a problem with this device when I emptied the litter box. I continued to have a “litter box full alert” when I reinserted the box with a clean litter bag, This prevented the unit from working. I would go through all of their recommended solutions such as making sure the new bag was smooth and that the sensors were clean, but it was very difficult to clear the alert without taking out the entire rotating assembly and cleaning it thoroughly. It was very rare for it not to freeze up each time I emptied it. I also had a problem with it filling up very rapidly because the design is somewhat flawed imo. It has a very flat and shallow litter receptacle, which means the litter piles up in a pyramid in the center and trips the full sensor even though the box is only about 35% full. After many, many emails with support over a six-month period, they finally agreed to honor their satisfaction guarantee and warranty claim and allow me to return the unit. Had they not done so, I would’ve left my one-star rating. Have they done it in a more timely manner, I would’ve given them another star. I have purchased a number of other Petlibro products that I like very much. According to Grok, this is a known issue. I would be wary of buying this product until this problem is remedied.
