This is a no-frills weight bench that's a good addition to a home gym. It doesn't adjust in terms of height or fold, but it works well for essential exercises. Keep in mind that it does not fold up, as some others do. It was easy to assemble - a few bolts for the legs, and a few bolts for the feet. It didn't take long to put together. The padding isn't particularly thick but I don't find it uncomfortable. You can always put a towel on it if you want extra cushion. It feels sturdy and I've enjoyed having it in my home gym.

The bench came disassembled with 8 bolts to attach the legs. It only took a few minutes to assemble and the instructions were clear. The unit also came with the wrench needed for the process. The bench legs have the ability to level but I did not adjust them since I’m using it on carpet. It feels solid, there’s no wobble and the base is stable. The cushion is a little on the stiff side, but not too bad and feels comfortable. It’s a non-porous surface, which is easy to wipe down when sweaty. The bench is a good size for me; I fit completely when laying on it. It’s a “fixed” design, so there’s no adjustment of height or angle. Overall, a nice, simple no frills workout bench.

The bench comes in pieces, but it's intuitive and fairly easy to assemble. Just be sure to make the carriage bolts very tight or the bench will wobble. I can't vouch for the weight limit as that's far beyond my capability, but it does feel strong. My only issue is the padding. It's VERY hard, almost like sitting on a wood bench. If you want a softer bench with more give you'll either have to put a pillow on this one or try something else. If you like a hard surface, you'll love this one. I hope this helps. The media could not be loaded. This bench is a good size - a bit shorter than some others, but long enough for every exercise I do, including leg stretches. I like that it's not too long because my available space is quite limited. It was easy to put together, and they conveniently provided a wrench to use. However, it has a slight wobble in use, even after the bolts are as tight as they'll go. I'm not sure if that's just a problem with my bench, but without a crossbar for stability I suspect it's a common issue with this product. The padding is not as soft and thick as the benches in a gym. But these limitations don't bother me too much; it's still very useful, compact and economically priced. It'd get 5 stars if it didn't have that slight wobble, but even so I'm using it ever day. The wobble might cause the bolts to loosen over time, so if I notice the slight wobble increase I'll have to re-tighten. The instructions say to tighten AT EVERY USE but that seems a ridiculous and impractical thing to do, probably included to reduce liability.

The workout bench seems to be the usual standard sized bench. The cushion is not too thin and not too thick. It feels kind of hard or stiff, it may soften up after using the bench for a while. It was easy to put together and we got it set up quickly. The bench is sturdy and not wobbly. We put a mat on the floor to prevent any slipping or scratches on the floor. It would be great if you could adjust the height of the bench but you probably can't get that for this price. The price is really good for a solid product like this.

This weight bench was simple to assemble and quite sturdy once assembled (came with everything needed to assemble and took all of about 7 minutes to complete). The padding on the bench is thick but quite firm, which I appreciate. It looks good and feels high quality and sturdy but not too heavy to move around fairly easily.
