For the PA500 version (with the lumbar support, I'm just not using it) first impressions are great. The foam padding seems much better quality than the other benches I looked at, Its nice and firm seems to keep its shape and not too soft to where the vinyl gets all messed up. Very sturdy out of the box, easy to assemble, the adjustable knobs on the bottom of the legs help level the whole thing out. I will update this review if it becomes less sturdy over time. The only downside Id say is the size of the gap between the seat is bigger than most other benches but its not a deal breaker and can be filled with a rolled up towel or piece of foam during use. Bench folds down nicely and fits under the bed. Overall 5 stars, delivered on time and packaged very well. Perfect for home gym. ... show more

This is a great bench for a home gym!!! It came very well packaged and super easy to assemble. Everything actually feels like it's made of quality materials. You could compare it to actual benches in the gym. It's adjusts perfect for all my needs, inclind, decline and fully 90 degrees with ease. I really don't see myself using the fold up feature but it works well and is a nice feature if needed. My only complaint and I mean only.. Would have to be the lumbar support. I wanted to appreciate the pad cause I do have slight back issues but unfortunately the pad is pretty hard and a bit too bulky to use properly. And it is optional you can take it on and off very easy. It's held on with a velcro strap. That's my ONLY complaint.. I've done all types of exercises on it and NOT once did I feel shakey or wobbly. I love this bench!!! I highly recommend it!!! ... show more

I like the bench. It’s sturdy , good width and slightly lower height I think. Fairly easy to put together. I give this 4 stars. It’s not so easy to use decline. You need to be very fit . The piece that you put your feet under to hold yourself is usable but this is not professional gym quality. Abs and decline presses are challenging enough…. This is not a great support. This is where I am disappointed. Because the description pictures make it look easier than it is. ... show more

    • Sturdy folding inclined workout bench
A little complicated to put together, but its weight and build are outstanding. The padding is sufficiently stiff and thick to lean against, and the cover looks sturdy. It has enough adjustments that I (5'5) fit comfortably. Good value for the price. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase!

I love how it is inclines, and you can go ahead and have your home gym in your homes still saving space, it is sturdy.The size is a little big, but you can go ahead and fold it up to make it smaller.
