I’ve always heard good things about this brand but this is the first product from their line that I’ve actually tried. The packaging is super cute and nice quality. The powder itself is nice and gives a non-cakey but still matte finish to the skin. I tend to prefer loose powders but a pressed power is definitely more convenient on the go. I’ve used this to set my entire face a few times but definitely prefer it for touch ups throughout the day. I used it with a dense brush and also a powder puff and definitely prefer the puff more as it lets you pick up more product at once. Using a brush works too but I feel like it took a bit more effort to get enough product onto my skin. I will say that the shade I chose is super fair. I’m typically fair/light or light depending on the season, but this is even a little light for me right now during the summer months. Again, not bad for touch ups when you’re applying a small amount of product, but it does wash me out a bit when applied more heavily.

I'm super new to using makeup despite me being in my early 40s. I actually haven't used makeup since I was a teen so I'm rediscovering products and how to use them. I've been wanting to get a setting powder but also a facial powder in general so when I saw this I thought it would be great to try since I've used other products from this brand. I wasn't sure which color to go with but decided to go with the alabaster as the other color seemed a little to glowy for me. I haven't had the chance to try this powder yet over foundation but did try it directly on my face with out any other makeup and it was absolutely lovely. Even though it's a white powder, it actually looked really good on my skin. It did lighten my skin in areas but applied lightly it actually looked really nice especially under the eye area. I was really surprised to see how well this powder blurred my pores and just made the texture of my skin look smoother. It also gave my skin such a nice glow to it. I'm not a fan of highlighters as I feel like they're just to bold for me. If I'm going to use makeup, I want it to be as natural looking as possible. I was a little surprised that the powder didn't come with a puff but it's not a big deal as I do have brushes and sponges for adding powders. The packaging for this setting powder is so aesthetically pleasing and I love how sleek this product is. I'm definitely a fan of this product and would order it agian!

I am a makeup enthusiast and, though by no means a pro, do wear it daily. I have naturally oily skin and finding powders which can help control oil that don't also look unnaturally cakey or too flat can be challenging. I applied this as the last step in my makeup routine, after setting spray and setting powder to help lock everything in place. Even with setting spray and powder, my skin still has a bit of a glow or sheen which may look nice at the time but within an hour will start to look a bit greasy. This powder comes in a compact but doesn't have any type of applicator so I applied it with a large fluffy brush. It is quite packed as it is a baked product so it is not too loose. I found that it helped to take away shine without looking flat. I opted for the 'Alabaster' shade which looked white in the pan but applies translucent without changing the tone of my complexion. I have light-medium neutral skintone which is currently trending more medium-toned with my summer coloring and didn't have any issues with a white cast with this product. I found that it helped to continue with oil control for several hours. I didn't test the waterproof claims but can attest that it didn't look cakey and wasn't drying. Overall, I have really been enjoying using this product and will continue incorporating it into my daily looks. I recommend it!

This is a very finely milled pressed setting powder with a reflective shimmer. I got Alabaster, which is extremely diamond-white. Be sure your foundation is flawless before you apply this powder... once applied, your look is SET instantly and for the whole day. This stuff sets up so fast and continues to stay dry all day long! It's a great formula for the price point and the compact is quite pretty!

This setting powder is very lightweight. It is easy to apply with a big puffy brush. I do not care for the color however. I feel like you see it on top of my face and it makes me look a little ghostly, it’s very pale. I ordered the marble color so it wouldn’t be so white but it still is. Probably a nice enough powder, just not for me.

I absolutely love this setting powder! In fact, I love it so much that I ended up purchasing the alabaster as well. I definitely like the alabaster more than the marble. As the marble has glitter in it which I don’t really like. I use the marble on my cheeks as almost like a highlighter while removing oil at the same time. And I’ve been using alabaster all over my face. I use it every day for my make up and it almost Access as a setting powder. It’s so translucent and it looks great on my skin. Before I was using a different brand for years until I finally tried this, and I do not regret it at all. I will be purchasing this.

I don't put much on my face as I'm prone to break outs. Unfortunately, my face has been so oily thanks to this horridly humid and hot summer. A quick application of this and I look refreshed! Though it appears incredibly light, it's applied thinly and doesn't wash me out. Granted, I have somewhat fair skin, but no where near as light as the powder. Seems to be an okay value for about $8 as it's currently listed.
