This just truly impressed me. If has these fine reflective particles that are visible on swatch and on the brush but the second it goes on the skin they disappear: witchcraft I say! No but in all seriousness: it is a great powder. The marbled one is sorta just pretty to look at and I think it does the slightest bit of color correction but id say is imperceptible. Over makeup? Its an amazing shine control mattifying powder. Now as far as setting makeup goes: I wouldn’t set under the eyes with this—id use it to add brightness once they are already set. The center of the forehead? Yes absolutely you can set your makeup there. And your cheeks with a large fluffy brush. It is also a very good touch up powder. Again it just wicks the oil away, makes the are instantly matte. Now under makeup? If you have problems with product adhering to your nose: take this on a large fluffy eyeshadow brush and dust it over the nose before applying foundation and concealer and thank me later. And on days when you aren't wearing makeup but want to control your oil and blur pores and just brighten the under eyes a bit: it works very well for that too. ... show more

This setting powder is incredible! It’s exactly what I needed as far as a finishing powder goes! This isn’t too pigmented it’s perfect to set the face without covering up any other products like bronzer or blush!

I was concerned that this powder would make my face look pale, but I'm happy to report it doesn't! I really like the matte look it provides. There's a 1x mirror inside the compact which I found was helpful for application.

I wait a few minutes for the concealer to set then use a light dusting of this powder, usually with a brush, over it and my under eye area is smooth and blurred plus it helps with the longevity of the concealer.
