I'm impressed. It made it through NH winter. After a really heavy snow the two center braces started to bend but not by much. Other than that it works great. Keeps the rain and snow off people as they enter and exit the house. This has been a problem area for years and any solution we could come up with was just too bulky and just wrong on our old Victorian. This is unobtrusive and functional.     • Great for limited clearance
My front door only has 7.5" clearance from the top of the door to the eave, this awning has 7" if you mount it all the way up. This makes it a little harder to install because you cannot start the top bolts, I had to install while holding the awning up, but looks and works great. A little concerned about the sturdiness, but only time will tell. ... show more

    • Large but catches leaves and collects water
I really hoped this would work; A large and clear awning so you can see who might be at the main entrance above a little studio door. The good: large and clear. Will keep you dry in rain while you get your key. The bad: the metal trim at the end of the awning caught all the leaves and trapped the first rain water and took 2 days to completely drain out. Of course it left a large and very visible brown stain at the edge of the entire awning. I have 3 more doors to install a large clear awning over. Will have to look for another product. ... show more

I am quite pleased with this awning, it’s functional and is beautiful! We had a bit of a problem with assembly and called the number on the instructions. The gal I spoke with was courteous and professional. It took two of us to assemble and install, this is not a one person installation.

Yes! It was just what I've been looking for. We have a small entryway with no awning. We spray painted all the black a bronze color before hanging to match the front of the house. Looks awesome. We love the clear top. We just had a 24" blizzard and it held up fine. Took 3 of my family members about 90 minutes to get it all level and in place on the vinyl siding. ... show more

    • Busted box, horrible directions
Came in a busted box. No picture directions and the directions they sent were gibberish missing pages with instructions. Connections are flimsy and arrived scratched up. Horrible for the price.
