We bought this for my daughter a few months ago for Christmas. She got them yesterday and only 2 of the 3 worked we had previously sent them back due to damaged packaging only to get these that were obviously returned as well and one to not work. The packaging says batteries not included; they had batteries. They also had a sticker on one of them which was an obvious indication that they had also been returned. The description has the statement "With 22 channels and 121 privacy codes, totaling 2,662 combinations". It does not have the privacy codes. Be aware that this only gives you the channels, and not the "2662 combinations".
