This is a super nice little outdoor heater! I have been wanting to get one for a while for our patio space especially with the winter coming so as soon as I saw this one I had to scoop it up. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described in the ad. Nothing was missing or damaged from delivery and it was all in great condition. Very heavy duty very well made with great attention to detail. My husband is a very handy guy and he is easily able to get things installed where we need them to be so he was easily able to get this put up in the space we had for it. It matches up perfectly with all the measurements on the ad so everything fit exactly where I wanted to put it. Once it was all hooked up and set up as it should be it works perfect and gets a great heat output going for the space! It makes minimal noise so you don't have to hear a loud machine running while you are sitting on your porch peacefully! Great quality great craftsmanship definitely functions as described and does everything that it is supposed to do. Just be sure you go over the measurements and the specs to be sure it's a good fit for the space you have and as long as you do that you're good to go. This has been holding up excellent and I'm sure it will easily last for years to come! Solid 10 out of 10 great quality product

This heats up quickly which I like. I wish it had a stand or could he used better as a floor unit. I can see the benefit for some people to mount it permanently somewhere, but I wanted to be able to move it around to different locations where I work. I work in a 9000 sq foot gym in a warehouse space. Mounting it to one place wouldn't help much. For the price I wish it was more versatile but it imdoes seem to be well made.

Easy to install! I love having a timer on this. It is a little large for the space I chose, but that was on me for not measuring! This heats up very quickly and was easy to use- even my kids can turn it on. It seems to have a good amount of power to push out the heat and heat up our garage.

We installed this heater above our patio seating area because we often sit outside after dinner to talk or have tea. It is in black look and mounted securely on the wall without much trouble. Once plugged in, the heat starts up quickly, I can feel it within seconds if you’re sitting directly underneath. The four heat levels are handy, especially when the evening chill changes from light to cold. The remote control works well most of the time. The timer function is a nice touch since I don’t have to worry about turning it off late at night. The warmth it provides is comfortable, not too strong, and spreads evenly within a small area. So far for what it costs, I’d say the quality feels decent, solid casing, waterproof enough for light rain, and the touchscreen is simple to use.

The media could not be loaded. Works well. This heater is lightweight so easy to hang up. It only requires 4 screws to put the mount up and then you drop the heater in and put in the final supplied screw. It is compact and easy to hang. It operates very easily with the remote. This isn't a criticism, but make sure you don't lose the remote as the heater is useless without the remote. They didn't put any buttons on the heater, so the remote is absolutely necessary to use this heater. Turns on easily and heats up quickly. I could feel the heat radiating from it in my shop. This will come in handy on colder days when work still needs to get done.
