These heaters are fantastic! They look great and provide plenty of heat for our purposes. They were fairly simple to assemble, just pay attention to the diagrams and which pieces you are using for each section. They come with wheels to be able to roll them around if necessary. They are also much better than the typical pedestal heater stands with the satellite dishes on top when it comes to the wind. These will stay standing, while the pedestal style would always blow over in strong winds. We had two pedestal style heaters destroyed due to winds. They are well built and sturdy. They are simple to light and provide great ambiance to our backyard. They come with covers too! We liked them enough to buy 3.

This is my second pyramid heater. The first was purchased a couple of years ago and I wanted a second one for another deck. I love the ambiance of these. It's like having a campfire on your deck. They do put off some heat but if you're not in an enclosed area then any breeze will eliminate the heat. These are not radiant heaters but they are great for making firelight on a deck or other area. That said, the new pyramid arrived. It was packaged extremely well. The directions were clear. the parts well protected. Assembly was easy. The materials also appear to be well made and fit was good. No complaints EXCEPT that the burner / valve has an issue. The pilot won't light so it is pretty much unusable. I would like to get a replacement part but the only support listed in the manual is an email address. I've tried to contact them but no response. It seems that if it doesn't work you don't have any options for parts. I'm not sure what to do with it now. I don't think I can return it assembled :) edit 11/7 - after about a week I received an email response offering a full refund or free replacement. It took a few days but they are offering to completely take care of the issue. I will try for the replacement since the overall quality appears quite good. I just got unlucky.

These Pamapic Pyramid Patio Heaters have completely transformed our backyard! We got two, and they've added such a luxurious feel to our outdoor space. They're the perfect way to elevate any get-together or just enjoy our patio on a slightly chilly evening. My husband put both heaters together in about an hour – the setup was fairly straightforward. They're a nice height, too, and really command attention. But more importantly, they work. These heaters put out some serious heat! They allow us to comfortably hang out outside even when it's a bit colder than we'd like. They do a fantastic job of heating up a good-sized area, making our patio usable year-round. If you're looking to add both style and warmth to your outdoor space, these Pamapic heaters are a fantastic investment. They've definitely taken our backyard to the next level!

I purchased the smaller square patio heater and it's perfect for our seating area. Well packaged, easy to assemble with good instructions. The only complaint is the igniter would not lite the flame. Often this type of igniter goes bad anyway so I drilled a half inch hole through the metal casing and now use my gas lighter. Works great- the burner flame is very nice to look at, perfect amount of heat for our seating arrangement. Love it 👍

so far so good. Kind of trickey to assemble because the manual is kind of strangely diagramed but, you get it after a while. I am not sure why they need different kind of screws for the same unit---4 of these kind for this, 6 of these screws for this, 18 of these screws for this. Not a big deal. I will say I was not too sure about the glass tube idea but the heat it produces is even and truly very very nice. We are using it out on a patio and have it on about 50% power now (propane) and it feels great. Time will tell if it is durable but so far so good.

These are a little tedious to put together but got them on Black Friday and ended up ordering another while it was still on sale! Look way more expensive than they are and heat well as well as sturdy and light up the space. Only downside is they are a little wonky to move around because the wheels aren’t very big but nothing awful.

After taking the time to carefully assemble the item, it turns out the heater does not even work. I’ve tried two brand new batteries for the igniter. I’ve tried two full propane tanks. I’ve ensured the propane tanks are ON. I’ve followed instructions to purge air from the line. I’ve inspected for leaks. I followed ALL of the instructions precisely. Of note, I tested both propane tanks using a fire table I already own. My fire table works just fine using either of those tanks. This outdoor patio heater from Amazon is junk. Not to mention, Amazon won’t refund my money for this product. It gets better, while I was assembling the item outside on the patio during a beautiful, sunny morning, the paint on one of the panels began cracking and falling off while in the sunlight. I will attach a picture as evidence. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Also, I’m not understanding why Amazon will not return my money for a defective item I ordered using their website. I would even settle for someone from Amazon or the company (PAMAPIC) that made this to come and remove it from my home. Unfortunately, my garbage can isn’t big enough to fit it. Do not buy.
