The media could not be loaded. We love the gas heater. It’s just perfect for our setting. Small enough to be portable and adjustable to any corner of the room, and large enough to heat the area. The dry air that the conventional heaters emit is too much for our allergies and respiratory system. This heater warms up the room avoiding moving the air around excessively. We are looking into getting a second one to heat 2 separate areas of our house. It’s super easy to get started and turns off immediately emitting warmth for a few more minutes. It has the front grill to prevent getting too close. We have 2 small inside dogs and it has not been an issue keeping them safe. With electricity being so expensive, this is a nice alternative to maintain the house warm in winter. We can control how many gas tanks to purchase and how much time to use it for. Definitely not for everyone and every situation. Placement of the heater while in use is a critical component of your safety. I would not use it in a carpeted room or close to upholstered furniture. We have 10+ ft exposed beam ceilings and no attic space. Additionally, mini splits where we live are expensive to install and run. You need to consider your own personal safety and home needs.

First of all this didn't work. The igniter was so weak it seemed that it couldn't start the flame. Did tons of troubleshooting using different gas tanks that worked on my other heaters but no nothing would help.. Tried everything suggested so I called the support number a few times this morning and it says each time no one is available to help you at this time. Worst product and support
