  • A deck must have
Color: Havana Bronze Style: Powder Coated
I have 3. They work amazing. Put out great heat. Not too.bad to assemble. Easy to light and stay lit They look great and professional. The wheels make them easy to move. For the most part they dont get bothered by the wind unless it's very big wind. I recommend the heat shield to direct some heat and stop wind. I also recommend the covers. They are a must have and work great. But weather is hard on things but hwve lasted years and protected the heaters. Very happy and love them. They are a must have hence why I have 3 lol. ... show more

  • Works wonderfully
Color: Havana Bronze Style: Powder Coated
This wasn’t exactly easy to put together however once it was put together I was impressed. It works well. I love that the heat comes from above so my dogs won’t be harmed by running into it. I suggest putting it together in a team of two if possible. It was especially good to have help peeling the protective plastic off. It’s worth the work though. ... show more

  • These are the best I’ve found
Color: Havana Bronze Style: Powder Coated
These are the best value for the money. In my experience they tend to last about three years if you use them a lot in the winter before they need parts replaced. They were easy to put together but you do need some strength to life the top part. We love them. They heat up quickly. I would suggest to cover them in the summer to prevent bugs and dust from getting up in them. They started right up on the first time. They last approximately 10 hours on a propane tank. ... show more

  • High quality patio heater but needs better wheels
Color: Slate Gray Style: Powder Coated
I bought this for my wife because she's always cold when we're outside on our patio. We've owned similar patio heaters in the past and this is definitely high quality especially for the price. It produces a nice amount of heat and ignites immediately. The only issue is the wheel assembly which seems flimsy and can bend when you're moving it around. It doesn't come with a propane tank so you'll need to supply your own. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a patio heater. ... show more

  • Easy start and stop and very warm on high. On medium our feet were cold
Color: Slate Gray Style: Powder Coated
It is wonderful to be able to enjoy being outside in the winter. I love this heater. We did take our time to read all warnings and instructions before we began. That really helped. Took our time removing protective plastic from both sides of 5 reflector pieces so as to be sure it was all off. The unit worked on first start up. It's nice to sit outside and watch the sun set in the evening without freezing. It does take 2 people to put it together but it went like clockwork. ... show more

  • Great heater in helping to allow outdoor entertaining
Color: Havana Bronze Style: Powder Coated
Packaging: * Arrived in good condition, two day shipping to allow assembly prior to Christmas Eve * Instructions were the first item on top of the packaging, and in English only * Interior was wrapped with Styrofoam end pieces and each item individually wrapped Assembly: * Well written instructions and diagrams * All hardware was in a self-contained and labeled package, with none left over or missing (go figure) * Most instructions were easy to follow although attaching the burner assembly was a little vague * Took about 1.5 hours from start to flame on.......I'm not a handyman Fitment: * All pieces went together well although a couple of times I had to go back and loosen fasteners to align the holes....its recommended * Burner fired up first time I tried to turn it on Overall Assessment: This is a great item, I recommend it and would buy it again although i can't yet speak to the long term use. This product was a second choice as I found some very similar products at lesser costs but they were unavailable at the brick and mortar store or they were unable to have the heater arrive for our planned event. However, through Amazon, I was able to purchase this item at a competitive price and have it arrive in two days with reasonable additional shipping costs. I was pleasantly pleased at the condition of the box and the interior contents as it was packaged very well. All items were clearly marked or shown in the diagram in the instructions. They went together well but I suggest leaving the hardware loosened until you complete each step then tighten after that step. I assembled in the kitchen using the table and counters as a layout and bench. I had initially filled the base with water, but it leaked so I skipped that step and will fill it with sand at a later date. The rest was a breeze. I completed putting it together and moved it outside on our screened in porch (high ceilings) attached the propane tank and it was flame on the first time I tried. The wife was pleased because she now had a heat source on the porch so people can gather and sit outside and talk or spill over from the family Christmas Dinner and if Momma's happy......well, you know the rest. FOLOW UP.....The after party.....just wanted to let you know that Christmas Day couldn't have been better and much of it was because of the utility of the heater. We burned it, with kids sitting under it chatting, for hours after opening presents and sitting outside for dinner. Granted, it was almost 50 degrees but it worked great. It also allowed a place for the kids late in the evening to sit and swap stories. Couldn't have been any better if it was the 4th of July. Thanks Amazon for great and speedy service....as always. ... show more

  • Not recommended for those living in snowy or windy areas.
Color: Slate Gray Style: Powder Coated
Instructions not included. Search results turned up nothing. For some people, the missing instructions may be no big deal. For me, it seemed pretty straightforward and manageable to assemble. 1 - without the labeling of the nuts and bolts I ended up using the wrong bolts in the beginning. It wasn’t until the last steps that I realized this. No problem, I went to Home Depot and found the longer bolts and nuts to finish the job. 2- the “off” control knob is loose fitting. I did the gas line check before using which showed no leaks. But when using it I noticed it ran out of propane quickly. Reason being the loose control knob. 3.) As instructed, I filled the base with sand. But fitting the cover over it was very difficult to do on my own - harder than assembling the whole thing. But I got it on. And it was fine until we had a windy day on Sunday - the highest gust of wind was less than 20 miles per hour. The whole thing tipped over onto the patio. And the only benefit of it toppling was that a few of the nuts came loose which will help me reassemble the whole thing. Not recommended for those living in snowy or windy areas. ... show more
