Description

This Blue flame 10,000 BTU natural gas vent free heater is the perfect supplemental heating solution even on the coldest days. The unit is equipped with a multi-output valve for easy temperature regulation and a convenient piezo ignition built right into the rotation of the knob for one handed ignition. It can be permanently mounted to the wall or securely fastened to the floor with included mounting brackets and fasteners. The clean burning Blue flame tube burner uses the natural convection of the burn to circulate warm comfortable air. With a factory standard oxygen depletion sensor (ODS), rest assured this heater will provide you with years of comfortable and safe heat.

Definitely puts out a ton of heat. Very hot! Did last several hours on 20lb tank on low. Only gripe is you definitely have to use something to reflect the heat back down to you. It just goes straight up and doesn't heat up more than say 5 or 6 feet away from it. In a large open tent you feel it as long as you're standing. Just as with any heater, if you're sitting you barely feel it even a few feet away. Definitely won't feel it outdoors unless you're right on it. The new roof over our deck is too low for an upright propane heater. I tried this one and it heats a 6 ft circle area very well. That's about the same area as the upright. The difference is, the heat from the upright seems warmer coming from above. I love this heater for my application, though. The three setting, adjustable heat output works as advertised. The portability of it is a big plus. I easily move it around to heat wherever we need it. It's almost like having a portable camp fire.
