I am really happy with these little domes because they fit my hearing aids just right and they are so soft that I can wear them all day without my ears getting sore or itchy. The pack comes with a bunch of them, so I do not have to worry about running out or buying more for a long time, which makes this a really good deal for the price. They were super easy to put on because they just slide right onto the end of my hearing aids and stay put, so I do not have to keep pushing them back in or fixing them during the day. I also noticed that the sound is much clearer now because the old domes were getting worn out and making things sound a little muffled, but with these new ones I can hear the TV and people talking much better. They are small enough to keep a few in my bag or pocket, so if I need to change one while I am out it only takes a few seconds.
