Read the directions and follow it. I am in week 2, wearing them 4 hrs. a day. They are incredible, today I noticed the loud scratchy noise is disappearing, I am so amazed. It does take time for your brain to adjust, it is working. So be patient and follow directions. I have been telling all my senior students, I teach ballroom dance at the senior center, about my hearing aids, they are happy I have them. I would not be surprised if some of the placed an order. I fell in love immediately except the one I couldn’t get the feedback to quit, even though I tried all the different sizes of the cones! The other one is perfect. I even switched ears with them but the one I could not get rid of the feedback. I called customer support and spoke with Ally. She is amazing and is sending me a new set and I will return the defective one.

The four hearing modes is practical nd battery lifes are impressive, last all day on a single charge. Surprisingly, a nice product for the price. I bought these to compare to my Rx expensive aids. These were pretty good and I was impressed. I thought about having them as a backup for travel or when its raining outside and I dont want to chance the Rx units. Battery life was good also, I got almost a day's use. The feedback was minimal with the correct canal tip.
