Read the directions and follow it. I am in week 2, wearing them 4 hrs. a day. They are incredible, today I noticed the loud scratchy noise is disappearing, I am so amazed. It does take time for your brain to adjust, it is working. So be patient and follow directions. I have been telling all my senior students, I teach ballroom dance at the senior center, about my hearing aids, they are happy I have them. I would not be surprised if some of the placed an order.
