The new box comes sealed in plastic. The instructions are simple and clear. The charge indicator on the front of the charging case has 3 levels, and there is a button on the back of the hearing aid that lights up when you press it. When you put the hearing aid back into the magnetic holder, both the single indicator light and the box indicator light up. The manual comes with maintenance instructions and cleaning methods. The hearing aids are comfortable to wear on the ears. There are three sizes of ear tips. I barely noticed I had them on; the hearing aids are light, easy to use, and have 4 soft beeps when turned on and corresponding beeps when adjusting the volume. The sound quality is clear. It remembers the volume level it was used at the first time, so I don't have to adjust it every time I use it. There is an L or R engraved on the box and there is also an L or R on the bottom of the hearing aid to make it clearer which is which, and it lights up perfectly when you put it back. I like that the hearing aids automatically turn off when they are placed in the case, and the battery lasts all day. The case and hearing aids are very portable and small enough to hold in one hand easily. I usually put them in my pocket when I go out.

I couldn’t catch everything in conversations, especially when more than one person was talking. After putting it off for a while, I decided to try a hearing aid but didn’t want to spend a fortune right away. These seemed like a good in-between step, and I’m glad I gave them a shot. They arrived in a nice little case that also charges them—super convenient. I was worried about how they’d feel in my ears, but the design is really ergonomic. I wore them for 8+ hours on the first day and didn’t experience any soreness or irritation. I even forgot I had them in at one point. The sound boost is pretty natural. It’s not like everything suddenly becomes louder, but more like the muffled layer between me and the world is gone. Voices are clearer, and I don’t feel as left out during group conversations. The three sound settings are helpful. I use the lowest one when I’m reading or relaxing at home, the second for normal conversation, and the highest for noisy places like grocery stores. Switching between them is just a double tap on the earbud, which took a little getting used to but is very manageable. I like that I don’t have to fumble with tiny batteries. I just pop them in the case overnight and they’re ready to go the next morning. I’ve been getting about 16 hours of use, and the case itself lasts me nearly a week. If you’re on the fence, these are a great option—comfortable, practical, and they actually work.

"Got these for my grandpa who is 82 and pretty skeptical of anything tech-related. He had some older hearing aids that used those tiny batteries, but he constantly forgot to replace them and gave up wearing them. These are a game changer. First off, they’re super small and look like wireless earbuds, which he actually likes because it doesn’t scream “hearing aid.” We tested the different ear tips and found the medium ones worked best for him. He says they fit comfortably and don't fall out, even when he’s outside doing light yard work. He mainly uses his hearing aids at home, but when we go for walks together he can adjust the volume with just 2 taps. Once we got the hang of it, it’s easy. He can finally hear birds again and understands us better in conversation. My mom even noticed he started responding to the TV without needing subtitles. Battery life is amazing. He wears them for around 16–18 hours and just pops them in the case at night. The case holds a good charge too—we’ve only plugged it in twice this week. Minor issue: He needs to put it back into the charging box to turn it off, because it is easy to forget to press and hold it to turn it off if it is left outside. Honestly, he’s just happier now. More engaged, more alert, and less frustrated. These were worth every penny."
