This hearing aid cleaner is very convenient and easy to use. Bring several tools that help remove wax and dust without damaging the hearing aid. I picked up this hearing aid for my dad. When I opened the box, the device looked tiny. It goes into the ear without much effort, once it is in, you barely notice it. He wears glasses all day and it did not get in the way, which I was a little nervous about before he tried it. When he tested it for the first time, he kept tapping the button just to see what would happen. He liked that it was just one button instead of any kind of menu. He still taps it by accident when he adjusts his glasses, but he just laughs and changes it back. The little volume wheel feels smooth. Maybe a bit too smooth, because he sometimes turns it higher than he meant to. The funny part is how much he suddenly started hearing once it was on. He pointed out the fridge humming. Then he asked if the dog had always made that clicking noise with her paws on the floor. When he switched to the mode meant for busier rooms, he said voices sounded clearer. It is not a perfect fix, but it is a big improvement from him leaning forward all the time asking me to repeat what I said. Charging is easy. I leave the case on the table and he drops the hearing aid in whenever he remembers. The battery lasts long enough that I am not reminding him every day. The Type C cable is convenient since we already have plenty at home. Comfort seems good too. He wore it through dinner and did not take it out, which is rare for him because he usually removes anything that bothers him even a little.

When Grandpa first tried them on, I was a little worried he'd find it troublesome, but the result was completely unexpected. He sat in the living room, adjusting them while listening to me speak, then suddenly looked up and smiled, saying, "Hey, your voice is so clear now." That long lost relaxed tone immediately put me at ease. The most obvious change was during breakfast. Before, when I spoke to him, he would often ask me to repeat myself, and eventually he'd simply give up. Now he can respond naturally, and even proactively asks how my work went. That feeling of being heard again truly changed the atmosphere in the whole family. Yesterday we went for a walk in the park. It was crowded and noisy, and I thought he wouldn't be able to hear clearly again, but he suddenly pointed out someone calling him from the next bench, could even discern directions, and walked much more easily. He can handle charging and adjusting the volume himself, without me watching him. He says they're not tiring to wear, don't cause any discomfort, and after wearing them for a while, he even forgets they're in his ears. Watching him gradually transform from "unable to hear clearly" to "willing to speak and participate in conversations" has been more fulfilling than I imagined. Now, seeing him chat with us freely every day makes me feel that this decision was absolutely worthwhile.

I chose this hearing aid for my mother because it features a 16 channel digital chip, allowing her to hear even the faintest sounds, and automatically filters out background noise. My mother says it sounds natural and not harsh, even more comfortable than the models she used before. The operation is also very user friendly; the one button mode switching and stepless volume control made it easy for her to learn. She uses "Quiet Mode" at home and switches to "Ambient Mode" when out at the supermarket, without needing me to teach her at all. The volume knob is also very easy to adjust; a simple turn is all it takes for minor adjustments. This hearing aid is lightweight and almost invisible when worn, and it doesn't bother my mother's glasses at all. She often wears it all day without experiencing any discomfort. We are also very satisfied with the battery life. The Type-C fast charging and charging case are incredibly convenient; a two hour charge provides a long usage time, and the charging case can be recharged repeatedly, meaning she doesn't need to charge it for about a week. This is really important for older people as they don't have to constantly remember to charge it. My mom's mood has improved every day since using it, and she's more willing to chat with family. I highly recommend it, whether for personal use or as a gift for elders!
