They come in a clam shell like case that is also the charging base. You need to configure the hearing aids with an application. It's pretty easy to use and download. The big thing about these hearing aids is the quality of their noise reduction technology. The aids eliminate much background noise making people's voices easier to hear. These are the most superior over the counter hearing aid /amplifier that I've experienced. It's important to fit the aids with the right size domes to cover your ear cannel. I suspect if you have gaps you will encounter interference noise like whistling. I like the IP66 rating for these devices, but this isn't a waterproof level, it is more a water resistant and dustproof designation. You should not submerge them in water.

I got this pair of Rechargeable Hearing Aids for my dad, and I’m thrilled with how well they’re working for him. First off, I have tried several hearing aids for my dad before, but this one is definitely the best package we’ve received. The hearing aids come in a very nice, well-packed box. The design is compact and small, which is perfect for my dad. He finds them really comfortable to wear, and they don’t give him any discomfort. One of the standout features is the advanced noise cancellation. My dad has always struggled to follow conversations, especially when there’s a lot of background noise. With these hearing aids, he can finally hear clearly even in noisy environments. This has made a huge difference for him in social situations. He feels more confident now, which is something he didn’t experience with other hearing aids. Another thing that makes these hearing aids great is how small and discreet they are. My dad often forgets he’s even wearing them because they’re so tiny. Plus, they’re not noticeable at all, which is a big win. The package also includes 6 dome replacement kits, which is a nice bonus. It’s handy to have replacements available, so my dad doesn’t have to worry about needing new parts for a while.

These are truly real hearing aids with top-of-the-line technology, comparable to the high end expensive brands. The sound quality is phenomenal, with crystal-clear audio and excellent noise cancellation. They are definitely the best hearing aids I have ever tried, providing a far superior and natural hearing experience than my previous device. I can easily switch between general and noisy environments, making conversations in busy bustling places so much easier to follow. Whether I’m at a restaurant or watching TV at home, these hearing aids adapt perfectly to the situation. I also love the design of these hearing aids. They are much smaller and more comfortable than others I've tried. They fit snugly in my ear without any discomfort, and they don’t slip out, even when I'm active. The variety of earbud sizes included in the package made it easy to find the perfect fit for my ears. These hearing aids have top-notch performance. I would highly recommend them.

This OTC hearing aid does the basics pretty well. It’s easy to use with its adjustable volume and simple charging case. The noise-canceling feature is decent, although it doesn’t completely block out background noise as I’d hoped. It’s comfortable for long wear, but I did notice it slips a bit during more active movements. Anyway, this is a solid choice for everyday use, but it leaves some room for improvement.

The media could not be loaded. I have tried many different hearing AIDS, but I think this one is the best for me. I am very satisfied with the comfort of this hearing aid. The dome is designed to fit the contours of my ears very well and will not cause discomfort even if worn for a long time. With it on, I can hear everything around me. In the past, I often had to ask the other person to repeat the words, or make an effort to listen to what the other person said. Now, whether it is the daily communication of my family or the dialogue of the TV show, I can clearly hear the change, and I am very surprised. Overall I like this hearing aid, but it would be better if the battery life was longer.
