I don't think I could have found a better set for this price. The clarity is amazing. They really cancel out the background noise. I love that I can pair them with my phone. Battery holds up all day. I just pop them on the charger when I go to bed.

Overall, these aids were comfortable and had good sound quality BUT sadly, I had to return them. I really wanted to give the "earbuds" style of hearing aids a try. Unfortunately, only the LEFT aid would connect to device via Bluetooth. The RIGHT aid would not connect via Bluetooth no matter what I tried. I tried forgetting the device on my phone, then put the left one in the charger in another room and was just wearing the right one when I paired to see if it would connect and got nada. And with both aids in my ear, it would only connect to left one. *shrugs* Also, I noticed that the touch pad part of the right side didn't always work when I was adjusting the volume. I had no issues with the left side touch pad. The only reason I bought a higher priced set of aids was to have the Bluetooth connectivity so as soon as I realized the right side wouldn't work, I started the return process.

I tried it for my grandma before her using it because she doesn’t know how to change the settings. For me it was pretty loud but since it’s my grandma is the one who needs it she says “I don’t hear anything.” So I guess the sound is pretty low. I tried to increase the volume and she complained too much whistles, echo and noise. And she was watching the television.

My great aunt loves these. They are super easy for her to use and put in herself. The volume goes to the high level that she needs to hear better, they connect extremely fast, and they’re easily to function with on her own. The functions were kinda hard at first but once she read over the instructions again she was able to set them.

These OTC in the ear hearing amplifiers are pretty doggoned good. Unlike the other ITE amplifiers I have tried, these fit snugly in the ear and so far, have not unexpectedly popped out. Also, and I am not exactly sure why this is - but, every other ITE aid I have tried using results in my inner ear starting to itch within a short time after inserting them. So far, this one has not had that issue - and just to be clear, I am a fanatic about keeping my ears clean. As for the audio quality? Mixed results thus far. When inside the house, I can definitely notice a great increase in my hearing. Especially when listening to my stereo. Outside, however, I had a contractor visit my residence today to perform a task and at first, I could not hear him if he was over 6 feet away from me. I adjusted the volume to higher level, and that improved the clarity of his voice substantially. Overall, I consider this product to be the hands-down best ITE hearing amplifier I have ever tried. I particularly like how they fit snug in the ear and are very comfortable to wear. I have never liked the over the ear type of hearing aids, and like this style much better.

This product is fantastic! My buddy's father loved it! These hearing aids have great sound quality that works as well as the prescribed ones. They also look like regular Bluetooth earbuds. Superb value, good for the money. Will recommend.
