Amazing in theory. Horrific in practice. It locks up during the cleaning cycle. It’ll get two steps back towards neutral, and then it’ll return to fully vertical. It repeats this for hours at a time, even after I manually realign the drum. The most frustrating product I have ever owned. Do not waste your money.

I love this product MUCH! This is my 3rd one that I have purchased in my life! The 1st was for different cats I had. The last was used for my current cats Sunnie and Zizzie. That one finally failed and got this one! This is soo much more Quiet than the previous domes I have had! Cats adapted to it very fast! Love the EARS on the top! Funny! The biggest downfall that I have with this is there is no control to change settings other than the WiFi access APP that they want me to use! After spending $299 for the device AND paying Electricity Charges no biggie there BUT NOW, I have to Pay to use the APP each week or each Year to use that as well! This is where I have to put an end at spending money! Why can they not have a FREE APP to control this thing!? Just my thought...I am not made from money as I am Retired and do not have much money to flush! There are so many of those APP's out there that claim FREE but later you find out that is NOT the case! This is one! I think that this company has a very good product BUT could make it better another notch for this cost by giving us a FREE APP that they can put up for us to use and NOT one of those commercial APPs that they sent us to!. The Oroley automatic cat littler box is very easy to set up. It only took a few minutes to put together and connect it to the internet. The app works well and easy to use. My cats are getting used to it. They were curious about it and it didn’t take long to figure it out.

Large cats may not like this box to turn around, as it is small for a 15 pound cat. There are openings where cat urine can seep through due to the engineering design. The solid waste functions perfectly but urine seeps through the openings in the plastic, especially the rotating barrel. Additionally, the litter easily comes out of the opening. I have to constantly clean this device thus not saving me time.

Bought this robot for my mom's house, and it works just as good as the name-brand robot (I'm sure you know to which I'm referring) I have at home. The difference is this one is half the price! Simple to setup and operate. It cleans reliably, keeps odors under control, and runs quietly in the background. The app is simple to use (but not necessary), and the real‑time tracking is a nice bonus. It also does a great job keeping litter mess and smell contained. Overall, it saves a ton of time, very cute with the little cat ears, and works exactly the way you want an automatic litter box to work. No fuss, no muss. Well worth the money if you're sick of the stink and hassle of scooping!

It’s great when it works. I exchanged the first one and the replacement has the same problem. It doesn’t always clean after my cat uses it. He’s a large cat and it senses his weight just fine but it doesn’t always run. I end up running it manually often and that defeats the purpose of an expensive self cleaning litter box. When it comes to the collection box underneath, it tends to collect in the back corner jamming the machine and it thinks the collection bin is full. If this thing would work consistently it would be much better. It is easy to set up and fill with litter through the top opening.

Only 3 days we have a very happy cat. His old box he could always smell his business and scratch and scratch and throw litter on the floor I disliked it. This litter clumps the waste nutrilizes odor he gets in and out no excessive scratching. It’s cute with kitty ears and runs very quietly.
