Pros: fairly easy to assemble. Lightweight and easy to move around. Multiple positioning options. Seems to be well-built and it doesn't wobble or seem flimsy. Con: it's kind of short. I'm 6' 3" and I look like Gulliver on this thing. If you're under 6 feet, go for it. 4 stars for being well made but too short.

I'm using this as an incline/decline bench for doing dumbbell workouts, but no heavy barbell lifts. It's hard to imagine it's strong enough to support the 660lbs it claims. The listing photo shows the leg supports holding the feet in place during decline setups, but these are far too small to be used that way by a full sized adult. Probably works great for kids and petite adults. I'm only 6'1" 180lbs and I couldn't even get my legs behind the pads. Anyway, it seems sturdy enough for me to do 35-50lb dumbbell workouts, which is why I got it.

This is not a bench to get if you're a serious body builder who is going to lift crazy weights. I think 660 pounds is inaccurate. But for the average person this bench is great. It's decently durable to handle a regular person's use. I like that it's adjustable and also folds up for easy storage. Putting the bench together was a little bit of a headache, but not too bad. It comes with the instructions as well as the necessary tools.
