Gets the job done. It is heavy enough to hold wires in place for soldering. It didn’t tip when I was using it. This was by biggest concern when I bought it. The springs are quite strong, and it can damage thinner wires.

Hard tighten, but hard to beat.

Does what I need it to do. I wish it came with a desktop clamp or at least a rubber footing, so it didn't slide as much. I've found putting it on a non-slip surface fixed its sliding issue. The arms came un-tightened, which would be good, if it wasn't incredibly hard to tighten with your fingers. It required me to get my needle-nose pliers out to tighten the screws to make sure it didn't fall over when I put a circuit board on it. Otherwise, it holds the board tightly and is pretty protective. Easy to setup as it came pre-assembled, it just required needle-nose pliers to tighten the screw that prevents the control bar from rotating. Overall, not upset with my purchase. High build quality. Easy to setup. Does exactly what I need it to for a cheap price.
