  • Perfect for Home Workouts – Practical, Durable, and Space-Savin
Color: Red
I got this Weight Bench Set with Squat Rack for my teenage son, and it’s been a game-changer for his daily workouts! What really stands out is how space-saving and efficient the design is. The squat rack and bench are easy to set up and store, making it perfect for our home gym, where space is limited. My son loves how sturdy it feels, and it gives him the freedom to do a full range of exercises – from bench presses to squats – all in one setup. He’s been using it every day, and the quality is excellent. It’s really well-built, holds up to his intensity, and looks great in the room too. If you’re looking for a solid, affordable, and practical piece of equipment for home workouts, this set is a winner. My son is thrilled with it, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! ... show more

  • Great Beginners Bench (Budget Friendly!) Great Beginners Bench (Budget Friendly!)
Color: Red
TLDR: this is a great bench for beginners (or people with a home gym)! If you are a serious lifter, this may not be the bench for you. Pros: - Budget Friendly. For the price, you get a reliable item. - Assembly. Assembly was quick and easy. Nothing too complicated. - Versatile. You can use the bench for a multitude of exercises. Cons: - Not designed for Olympic 7ft bar (45lbs). I should have read the item description more closely. I bought the olympic 7ft bar (45lbs) thinking it would fit the bench perfectly. However, that wasn’t the case. It sticks out way too far. And if you add any weight over 45lbs, it may cause the bar to fling up. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A DESIGN FLAW. It just wasn’t designed to accommodate a 7ft bar. Once I bought the Olympic 5ft bar, it works fine. - Hollow design. To keep the price low, the bench is made of hollow metal. Which means it isn’t the sturdiest. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not stable. The bench is geometrically designed to be stable. But you’ll probably need to add some weights at the bottom to keep it planted on the ground. My final thoughts: I like the bench. It does what I need it to do. I don’t lift too heavy (at most 225lbs). And this bench is designed to hold that much weight. ... show more

  • Not bad for the price & personal use
Color: Red
If you're looking for an average, "light weight," and smaller piece of equipment to tone, this is fine for the price. This will do the job for a smaller, senior citizen male, an average fit female, for youth or for someone recovering/rehabbing from illness/injury. Obviously, it's not commercial grade, so if you're a fit, young to mid-age adult, high school/college athlete, or larger framed person, this isn't for you. I'm a retired, older, 5'5" female who just wants to stay a little fit & randomly work out when I feel like it; it's sturdy enough for me or for a grade-school &/or pre-puberty male or youth female. If you're used to the full size bench press, you'll have to adjust your expectations quite a bit: The upright posts are narrower, so you'll have to adjust your grip width. The little bands that attach to it? Grandkids under 10 yrs old have fun with those, but not much value beyond that. It mentions dropping the seat for "incline" sit ups....that requires pulling out/pushing in a pin below the seat and a strap for your feet. You'll have to figure out your own strap to hold the bench to the uprights &/or cross bar in order to do that; until you do that & lower the seat with pin in & out, I don't think it's worth it. I'd say just continue your own ab workout & forget the bench. As for the full-body, tricep dip part? Haven't tried it, but I'd rather do dips on something more sturdy...like between your kitchen counter tops :) Overall, for $100-150, it's a good, adjustable bench for personal use that doesn't take a lot of space. If it lasts a year or more, it's probably worth it. "You get what you paid for," so keep in mind your budget, your expectations and what you really need. For me & my use, I'm pleased with the purchase. ... show more

  • As advertised.
Color: Vermilion
Easy Assembly. Solid with minimal wobble. Only criticism is the narrowness of the bar stands forces the hands into a kind of close grip to avoid pinching skin, it also means if you don't skew the bar to one side when loading 45lb plates, the bar is going to tip. Otherwise, great item for the price. No complaints. ... show more

  • Great weight bench, but...
Color: Red
I spent a decent amount of time searching for a weight bench that would fit my needs, and chose this one after the first one I bought wasn't up to do what I needed and the height was to tall... I was looking for a bench I could do incline and decline presses, and have a specific height from the ground to the top of the bench while flat so I could use my feet during bench presses, the height on this one is perfect for someone that is on the shorter side. Assembly was easy enough, the directions were ok. When assembling, take a picture of the package with the hardware in it, if you don't, it'll be hard to read the numbers for which piece of hardware you need to use. The only con I've run into so far is that the uprights where you would put your bar for bench pressing, the space between them is a bit narrow , so you can't really do a wide grip when bench pressing if that's how you like to do them. There was a bit of a odor when put together (assuming it was the paint, rubber parts, or the seat material) it faded after 24 hours or so in the garage. Overall it was worth theoney spent and I'd recommend it ! ... show more

  • Nice and compact... Maybe too compact
Color: Red
I have a lot in common with other buyers that have had problems with this bench press in the past. I'm a small guy myself, and even I have trouble putting the weights back down on the rack after I'm done with my set without pinching my hands. The press does its job, it holds a lot of weight and even folds which is perfect for my living situation -- but if the manufacturer made the bars just a couple inches further apart that would've helped a lot. They get bonus points for adding dip handles, though ... show more

  • Offers a lot at a great value, everything I need for casually working out
Color: Red
CONVENTIONALITY I live in a small space, so I was so happy to find a workout bench I could easily fold up and push to the side after working out. All I have to do is pull up the seat and it stands on its own, only taking up about 3 square feet of floor space. I can even lift it up to move it if I don’t want to drag it across my floor. And for reference, I’m a 5’2” 125lb 23y/o woman who only casually works out, so if anyone is concerned that it’ll be difficult to move then just know I could do it! EASE OF ASSEMBLY Working alone, I was able to assemble the bench in about 1.5 hrs. There were very few steps and the diagram was easy to follow. It comes with a wrench and Allen keys already so you don’t have to dig out your own. The most confusing part for me was probably sorting out the bolts, but even that was very intuitive. STURDINESS I can not speak too much about this because I am a small person and I am not really lifting cars or anything. Someone with more intense requirements might have more to say, but for my build and what I’m doing (the big 5, building strength) this bench is more than perfect. I feel very supported on it. VALUE I think just looking at the price, this bench was very comparable to other workout benches on here. HOWEVER, this was the only model that had all 4 aspects I looking for in a bench. The 4 aspects were (most important-least important): 1) Foldability (for easy storage and space efficiency) 2) Built in weight rack (for convenience to work with barbell) 3) Offers a seat (for seated workout options that require support) 4) Inclination options (just nice to have) To have all of these traits for the price this weight bench was what made this was a great investment for me. Many models that were foldable wouldn’t have a weight rack and others vice versa. Some models had all but a seat. ... show more

  • Too Small for Adults, Lift behind your head. Too Small for Adults, Lift behind your head.
Color: Red
This rack is too small to fit a normal adult human being. Maybe it could fit a 12 year old. You can't bench due to the rack being so narrow. Normal bench grip is blocked by the rack itself. The incline is not an option due to the rack holding the weight 8 inches behind your head. This rack advertises the ability to fold up and use for squats. The max height is 36 inches and a toddler wouldn't be able to squat. You can only adjust up and down one inch. I would not suggest this for anyone looking to lift. I kid you not, your average shoulder width adult will not fit between it. You will have to start diamond grip or extra wide to even lift off because of the rack being in the way. SEE THE STANDARD OLYMPIC BARBELL 7FT MARKINGS FOR REFRENCE (WHERE YOUR PINKIES SHOULD BE) If you throw 2-3 plates on you won't be able to adjust. Installing was super easy and I was excited, but I couldn't use it. I'm 6ft 190lbs and I have my brother for reference on the bench. He is about the same size. Poor guy had chicken wings to even fit under the bar. ... show more
