I am setting up a small home gym and don't have a lot of funds to work with, so when I saw this, I had to order it. It went together pretty easily and I like that it just feels so sturdy. So even though it is pretty basic, it does it well. I know its not going to tip over if I put my knee a little to the side and I feel ok sitting or laying back on it. Also the cushioning is good and the covering seems like it will hold up pretty well. The folding worked well also. It's a good basic weight bench. I feel confident that I will get years of use with it. Wishing good health to all of us using this bench! :)

I ordered this work bench set as I decided to start some strength teaming by weight lifting and without a work bench, it would put a lot of pressure on one’s back and feet. The other products of this brand has quite a few good reviews. Unfortunately, assembling turned out to be too challenging both because the manual is hard to read and some parts don’t fit well eg even the wrench includes can’t hold the cap of the bolts tight enough. It’s foldable so the manufacture could theoretically has it assembled and fold before shipping. I still give it three star as it works well given the price. I may upgrade in future.

Feels a bit smaller than what you would use at a gym, but nothing major. Easy to assemble; has held up well with 270lbs. Good addition for your at home gym, especially for the price. Easy to adjust. This is straight forward and is great for beginners or someone wanting to start a cheap in house gym.

We've been using an adjustable step bench that converts into an angled bench as our primary weight bench for chest press. Don't get me wrong: the bench is a GREAT multipurpose piece of equipment that allows me to work upper and lower body with a single item. However, when using the bench for upper body, especially when lying flat for chest work, we have to put thick towels down to cushion the bench. We decided to give this adjustable weight bench a try and reserve our current bench for lower body only. I admit that I did 0% of the assembly work, as hubby tackled the project in our garage himself. He indicated assembly was simple and took about 20 minutes. He's not someone I'd describe as a lover of handyman projects, or assembly of anything in general, so from him, I take this feedback to mean the process was straightforward and novice level. It's great to have the cushioning on the bench, and it's easily adjustable to use angled or flat. It's worth the comfort having an additional piece of equipment that technically we didn't "need" in our home gym.

My family has been using this bench now for a week now. It feels very solid. I am always a little worried about a bench I don't know when doing tricep dips, but even that felt very solid. I didn't feel the edge giving way. Assembly was OK. Hardware is placed in six bags labeled 1-6. Those correlate with the step you are on in the manual. That was a little unclear at first. The only other small complaint I will mention is that sometimes you have to manually move/push the incline arm into place as it won't just fall into place on its own. It's not a big deal, but this may annoy some. All in all, though, it sure feels like this will last us a long time.

The OPPSDECOR Adjustable Weight Bench has been a great fit for my home workout space. It's compact enough not to clutter my room but still gives me plenty of space to stretch out—I'm 5'7", and it fits perfectly. The seat and backrest are just the right mix of firm and comfortable, providing the support I need for a variety of exercises without feeling shaky. I love that it folds up easily when I'm done, making it super convenient to store. The adjustable backrest has been especially useful for sit-ups and incline exercises, and it feels sturdy enough to handle my routine without any issues. The assembly was surprisingly simple, even though the instructions were a bit frustrating with their tiny print. Thankfully, the parts were all organized in numbered bags, so I could easily figure out what went where. I had it put together in under 20 minutes. It’s clear they put thought into the design, even if the manual wasn’t perfect. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home gym. It’s lightweight, folds away when I need the space, and gives me the flexibility to target different muscle groups. I’m really happy with it.
