This machine comes with a few more multi-function attachments than others. If you would compared to others multi-function bench press and they sell for more. It does not come with any weight plates and barbell. It took me about an hour to put it together used an impact driver tool. You can also use a socket wrench with a 17mm and 14mm sockets. It includes some useless junkie tools. One complain that I have is the instruction manual was sucks (pictures only). Other than that the build is solid and stable once you tighten all the bolts down. ... show more

It’s a great bench to me personally. If you are a big guy it’s not gonna work well. The chest fly is a bit off to me but I can work with it. The lat bar and preacher pad are separate parts you can switch out. The instructions are like ikea lol. They aren’t very detailed but it’s not hard to figure out what goes where. Took no time to put together and watched the Arnold documentary while doing it so it was fun. The bench itself is nice but again it works for me and my frame. I’m 5ft7 and 185lbs so I would say anyone much bigger is going to have a hard time with it and I would recommend another rack for squats. Overall though for the price this is a nice addition to have for the days I can’t make it to the gym or need that extra workout at home. ... show more

The weight system is everything that I need. The instructions were right on target, very easy to understand and to assemble. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is b/c they did not included Hex lock nuts. They included standard nuts for assembly, there will be a chance that they will eventually wind themselves off the bolt. I've been using it for a month, and I can say it is a solid, well-built machine, especially for being so cheap. Other benches in this price rage are junk... not this one.

    • It's a good weight bench for beginners but not for people looking to use 7ft 45lbs bar

Overall it's a decent bench but the butterfly attachment hinders the bench press can't fully bring all the way down plus the width of the bench is not safe for the Olympic bar you have to have two people to add weights or it will tip over a lil disappointed but you get what you pay for

The media could not be loaded. It arrived 3-10 days EARLY!!! Complete with EVERYTHING including legible instruction book. I even had some extra hardware. I absolutely LOVE this!!!
