This bench was very easy to assemble even though it is pretty heavy duty. I didn’t want to spend much more than this for a weight bench, and am glad I found this one because it feels very high quality for this price. None of the parts feel cheap at all. It has all of the features to work out the different arm and leg muscles so no other accessories or weight machines are needed if you have this one (except, of course, the barbels and weights aren’t included). This does take up a good amount of space, just like any of the weight benches you find at for-profit gyms. Because of the quality and because I have had no complaints with this, I’d recommend it for your home gym.

I bought this weight bench for my son 16th birthday he loves it and I’m very happy with it he can use it in his room it’s not to big I like that it comes with resistance bands so that he can use that as an alternative to the dumbbells.. it was also very easy to assemble he did it by himself

It was easy to follow and build. It will take roughly close to an hour to put everything together. The tools it came with was definitely adequate enough to build but having a ratchet tool will make it easier. It is a good size and not too bulky that takes too much room. All you have to do is add some weights in and you have a full body workout bench. You can adjust the bar and the front pad to set to your workout preference.

I’m most afraid of installing things. I didn’t expect this to be easy to install and light. The tree in my yard fell under the typhoon this month. Using this saw, I quickly cut it down, although it was smaller than I expected when I received it. But the function is good, I really like it
