The surface is perfectly flat and spacious — even large cats can use it comfortably. The height is low, so my cat, who just got neutered and is wearing a cone, can still get in and out easily without any trouble. It doesn’t scatter extra litter around the floor, and the self-cleaning system handles clumps really well. Most importantly, the odor control is amazing — there’s almost no smell at all, even after several uses. It’s sleek, quiet, and super practical. If you’re looking for a reliable automatic litter box that keeps both your cat and your home clean and fresh, I 100% recommend this one! 🐾

As someone who owns an 18-pound Maine Coon and a slightly small but equally space-hungry British Shorthair, I’ve spent years struggling with litter boxes that felt like tiny cages for my cats. They’d either refuse to use them, kick litter all over the floor in frustration, or even have accidents outside because they couldn’t comfortably turn around. Works very well and I can see which cats are using it each time. The app needs to be found in the App Store to load - QR code is almost impossible to finish the loading process. May take a few tries to succeed. Too bad this is an upgrade to the identical box we purchased and neither box works on the same app.

This litter box is great in theory but has some flaws. I needed an open top litter box for my older cat because he just cannot climb in into the space dome ones. I like this one because it’s open and can use clay litter. However, if your cat goes in the same spot of the litter box each time, one side of the bin will fill up faster than the other. Also, it doesn’t do a very good job of cleaning the rake. I am constantly getting litter off of it. If your cat has any soft stool, it will break apart and smear in the litter too. I do like the larger capacity for waste. I like that it’s open top. It’s rather loud and it takes almost 3 minutes for a cycle. I had to change it to 18 minutes after my cat uses because I didn’t want it to go every five seconds if my cat decided to use it to play in. I worry about the longevity of the moving parts litter easily gets in between those gears. It’s also very low so if you have a cat that likes to fling litter or pees high it will be a hassle. for over $200 I feel like it should be a little better. But maybe there’s just no perfect litter box in this design.

If you're unsure about getting an automatic litter box, go for it—this one is fantastic! I have three cats, so our old litter area was always messy. Now, this self-cleaning litter box keeps everything tidy and odor-free; it easily manages all of them. The waste drawer has a large capacity, so I only need to empty it once a week. It's the best purchase I've made for my furry family and myself.

I was happy to see a new product that was a low profile litter because I have limited space to put the litter box. However when I opened the box and was trying to get it set up, I noticed the rake was not fully level. And whenever I went to reset the rake, it kept giving a blocked error. When I flipped the base over I could see the rake was not installed evenly onto the cogs evenly that moved the base backwards and forwards. One of the cogs would hit home base first and cause the blockage error. I would not be able to fix this without taking a lot of it apart. I opened it and returned it within two hours of it being delivered. I am reluctant to buy another one to see if it has the same issue.

This self-cleaning cat litter box is fairly compact compared to the fully enclosed models, which is great for smaller spaces.
