This cat litter box is amazing! It has made my life so much easier and my home smells so much better. The instructions were super easy to follow, and the design is both sturdy and durable, so I know it will last. I have two cats, and while one took to it right away, my younger cat needed about two or three days to get used to it. With some patience and encouragement, both of them are now using it without any problems, its appearance is just like a traditional litter box, they adapt very quickly. My only suggestion would be to include more liners. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it to any cat owner looking for a convenient and efficient solution. Terrible. Useless. Not worth any money at all. The idea behind this self cleaning box is ingenious. Too bad the application of the idea sucks. It turns off on its own- repeatedly, even when turned back on manually. Doesn’t clean- automatically or manually with the button on the side- which literally makes this device completely pointless. It was leaking pee onto my floor on day four. Problems with staying turned on and cleaning quite literally straight from out of the box starting day one. DO NOT BUY

That's a great idea to start your new kitten with an automatic litter box right away! It's definitely a smart way to get ahead of any potential transition issues later on. And honestly, who isn't a fan of anything that makes cleaning easier? Cutting down on the smell is a huge bonus, and the fact that it cleans so easy after each use should make a big difference. The open-top design is a fantastic feature. It's smart to avoid the fully enclosed ones. My cats are absolutely loving this litter box. They really like the open-top design, which also looks great. Let me tell you, cleaning this thing is a breeze. The app was super easy to connect and get set up on Wi-Fi, and I'm not even very good with my phone. No complaints at all. Overall, this litter box is absolutely worth it, your cats are going to love it.

A bit disappointed in this. The litter gets pushed back and collects in the tracks of the combing/raking mechanism. It also doesn't go deep enough to the bottom of the litter pan so you have to manually scrap in and around the bottom. And the teeth on the rake are too far apart and don't collect the smaller bits (like the size of a penny), which doesn't sound that bad but after a few days of not collecting them they fill up the litter pan pretty quickly. The drawer and pull function of the collection bag seems like a good idea in theory but it doesn't work great. I was motivated to purchase a product like this to help make my life a little easier in case I missed a day cleaning out the litter pan. And it does give me a little breathing room but in order for this pan to work the most effective way I have to monitor it and my clean the litter out of the tracks and manually scoop out the chunks it misses about every 3 days still. For nearly $300, it's not worth it. I would send it back but in my effort to try to make it work I missed the return window.

I bought this litter box for my two adult cats and overall it’s been a solid upgrade from a regular box. The size feels roomy enough even for my 13lb cat. The waste drawer does a good job sealing smells, and changing the bag is quick and mess-free. The non-stick liner also makes it way easier to clean compared to my old box. The app is another nice feature. It tracks usage and lets me set cleaning modes, which is helpful since I have two cats and like to make sure the box stays fresh. Setup was straightforward, and the included accessories (mat, bags, brush) were a nice bonus. On the downside, it doesn’t work with every type of litter, so I had to switch brands to make sure it wouldn’t cause issues. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

This is as piece of junk. I have had it 2 days and it doesn’t scoop all the clumps and leaves stuff and when it comes back the “teeth”run right thru what it didn’t pick up making a mess. Also it’s supposed to dump everything in a bag it dumps mostly on the bin . I ve spent more time cleaning it the last 2 day than it is worth it. This is a waste of money

So far, so good. It is open but my cats do not like enclosed litter boxes. I have 4 cats and they have all stopped using the regular litter box. I have to change the disposal bag every 3 days. I do take my fine litter scoop and clean out the tiny particles every few days. I also use the included brush to sweep away litter that accumulates on the edges. Only occasionally I have to clean out hardened pee litter that is right up by the rake. I think this litter box is great, will see if it keeps doing a great job. Have had it 2 weeks. I am thinking of buying another one.

So when the initial unit came, it was broken. I was so irritated. I immediately did a return but also did the exchange. I thought I should give it another chance. I'm glad I did. These auto cleaning cat boxes aren't 100% self sufficient, however, this is the best one we've had so far. It's very quiet. My cats used it right away. Even my 17 lb scaredy-cat loves it and used it right away. Thry shipped put the new unit right away and I received it within days of the complaint. Thanks for doing your best to keep this customer happy!
