This is the second one I've purchased, replacing the last of our three traditional boxes. My cat is a large senior who doesn't always bury her waste and has some mobility challenges. Her size made finding a suitable automatic litter box difficult, as many enclosed models would have felt too restrictive. The ScoopFree litter box has been a fantastic solution for her. She took to it immediately, and the raking action didn't bother her at all, which might be a factor for other cats to get used to. Pros: Quiet Operation: The machine is very quiet when it runs. Low Maintenance: It's a hands-off solution that saves a lot of time and effort. Excellent Customer Service: The first unit I bought was defective, but customer service was hassle-free and quickly sent a replacement. The second one worked perfectly right out of the box. Minimal Mess: It keeps the area around the box much cleaner. Easy Access: The open design makes it easy for my large cat to get in and out. There are also top-entry and front-entry versions available, which is a great feature for households with dogs. Odor Control: It does a great job of controlling odors, especially for a cat who doesn't always bury her waste. Cons: Small Litter Area: The litter bed is on the small side. While this hasn't bothered my cat, it could be an issue for others, especially larger ones. I would have preferred a bigger option if one were available. Shallow Litter: The litter depth is fairly shallow, which might be a turn-off for some cats who prefer to dig. Overall, despite some of its limitations, this litter box has been a great investment for my senior cat's comfort and my convenience.

I just got this self-cleaning litter box, and my cat and I are both loving it so far! She was curious right away and had no problem getting used to it. The open-top design is great because she can easily jump in and out, and I can tell she feels totally comfortable using it. My favorite part is how quiet this machine is when it runs. I'm on my second one and I absolutely love this litter box! With 10 cats, these boxes are a lifesaver, keeping my house from smelling like a giant litter box. My cats, even the picky ones, took to them super fast. It works perfectly with my current litter brand, Tidy Cats. It's even great for kittens, though some of my little ones had to get used to the height, but they all eventually figured it out. The design is perfect for all my cats, from my sleek, skinny ones to my bigger, chunkier friends. The box holds a ton of litter, and even my most enthusiastic digger doesn't make a huge mess anymore. Cleaning is a breeze, too. It comes apart so easily, and everything except the base is completely washable. Putting it back together is just as simple. I'm definitely buying more to slowly replace all the other litter boxes I have in the house.

I never thought I'd be this excited about a litter box, but this one is truly amazing. It was clear that it was designed with both cats and humans in mind. I was definitely hesitant to spend over hundred on a litter box, but this has proven to be worth every penny. We have two cats—our younger one already uses a different brand of self-cleaning box without a hitch. However, our older, larger cat hated it because of the loud noise. This Aculya litter box is incredibly quiet, and my big guy was a fan from the very start. I used to scoop her box several times a day, which is a chore nobody enjoys. Since getting this, that daily grind is completely gone. The app integration is a fantastic feature. I already had other devices connected to the Tuya App, so adding the litter box was a piece of cake. Now I can track cleaning cycles and check usage history, which is a great comfort when I'm away from home. The open-top design is perfect; it's well-ventilated, and there are way fewer stray litter crumbs on the floor. The odor is practically non-existent, too.
