Versatile Home Workout Bench
Color: Classic Black
I bought this specifically for decline sit ups and back extensions and it's perfect for them and definitely useful for many other exercises. I am not sure it's quite sturdy enough for people who are very large. For reference I'm 5'1 105lbs and I feel fine on it but if you're a lot taller or heavier it might not feel as stable. Surprisingly easy to assemble, took about an hour, and the price is great.

solid adjustable
Really impressed with the build quality on this bench. The frame is heavy-duty and sturdy with zero wobble, and the padding is thick and comfortable. Love that it’s fully adjustable works great for decline sit-ups, back extensions, and a variety of other exercises.

A pain to out together
This was by far one of the most complicated things to put together. Although it did have instructions with it, they were very hard to understand. I have had something similar to this but it didn’t have the weight bracket for your legs. That one was very easy to put together but this one seemed like it took me 3 hours. All in all I am happy with the product but just wish it was easier to put together. It does have nice cushion on it and it does feel very sturdy. Haven’t had any issues with it so far.

Perfect workout bench for me
Perfect bench to workout my core!! Also so versatile! I can do a lot of other workout on it! It’s pretty heavy and sturdy. Looks like great quality! And it’s so adjustable! Once set up, it’s easy to adjust the heights and angles! Love it!

Solid budget bench
I am giving this bench a 5 star review based on the fact that it is in the budget category of benches. The bench is not perfect, however, for the price and for the features included with the bench, this is a solid option for a home gym user who needs functionality at a good price. I already had an adjustable bench, my purpose in purchasing this bench was that this bench provided more functionality. By purchasing this bench I was able to get rid of my stand-alone hyper-extension machine (home gym space is always at a premium), additionally, this bench added a preacher curl option, a Nordic Curl option and a decline sit-up option, which I did not already have. The packing of this bench was superior. All of the parts were clearly labelled and the nuts, screws and washers came on a single sheet that was also well labelled. The instructions were just OK. I wish the instructions were printed on a full 8.5x11 sheet of paper to make then more readable. Where the instructions were lacking was some detail to ensure that you had pieces facing the correct direction. There are a couple of labels on specific pieces noting which direction that they should face, this is very helpful. There is an instruction/demonstration video on the product listing which is helpful, but could be more detailed. Once assembled, the bench is very solid. The padding on the bench is firm. For a budget level bench, this is what I would expect. The quality and gauge of the steel and the various parts are at the upper-end of my expectations for a bench at this price level. The bench does include wheels to help in moving the bench, this is a very welcome feature. The one thing that I wish this bench had for the home gym audience would be the ability to store the bench in a standing manner. The bench does take up a fair amount of space, being able to store the bench vertically is an important feature for home gym users. The other issue that I have with the bench is that there is a fairly large gap between the pack pad and the seat of the bench. This is not uncommon, especially for budget benches. Typically benches that are significantly more expensive will have better gap management. For this bench, the gap is there, but it is not a show stopper for me given the budget price. I like the ladder adjustment feature for the bench incline vs. the use of a pop pin. I find the ladder system easier and quicker to adjust and the ladder system is a little more stable in my opinion. Unrelated to the quality of the bench, the product listing has some embarrassingly bad mistakes. On the graphics describing the functions of the bench, what is labelled as "Reverse Flyes" is actually a Nordic Curl, "Leg Curl" is a Split Squat, "Arnold Press" is a Preacher Curl. Overall this is a quality bench with solid functionality at a good price for a home gym user. I can definitely recommend this product.

Great at-home work out for the price
I love almost everything about this workout bench. The versatility and adjustability are excellent, allowing for a variety of exercises and weightlifting positions and quick changes between exercises. The padding is comfortable and well positioned to give maximum benefit and comfort during workouts. The size and movability are ideal for a home gym, giving plenty of options for storage and use in a small space. It was also easy to assemble, although the written instructions were not very helpful. I got it assembled in about a half hour. I took away one star because I didn’t feel that it was as sturdy as I would like. Even with all of the parts tightly assembled, I still felt a bit shaky while working out. However, this is to be expected considering the cost of this bench and, although it feels a little shaky, it actually does hold together, and I have not had any problems with anything coming loose. Overall, a great addition to my home gym at an excellent price!

A lot of versatility in a budget bench
I'm grading this on a scale according to it's price point. I'm a home gym owner with a lot of commercial-grade pieces in it, and this absolutely does not compare to a dedicated professional grade adjustable bench. what it DOES do is provide a lot of versatility at a very attractive price point, in a very functional package. The padding, construction, and coverings are not perfect, but they're adequate. The versatility punches well above it's price point. Normally what you see in these do-all cheap benches is dubious useability. The angles are wrong, the ergonomics are trash, etc. and you never actuall consider using the product for most of it's listed purposes. This one actually delivers. The preacher curl works. The nordic curl and decline situps work. The ladder back adjustment is a welcome step up from a pop pin, they always feel more stable to me. This product WILL NOT replace my heavy duty flat and incline benches, but the amount of versatility it has earns a spot in my garage.
