Professional prescription hearing aids are expensive, so I opted for this affordable one on a trial basis. As her primary caregiver, I'm completely blown away by its performance. The biggest surprise is that all speech is now crystal clear. My mother can easily keep up with family conversations at dinner without repetition, and she can hear doorbells, phone calls, and whispers that she couldn't hear before. I went to a local diner this afternoon for lunch. That diner is always packed with people, and the clatter of silverware and loud conversations usually makes it impossible for me to hear the person sitting across from me. I placed these in my ears before walking through the door.The super mini invisible design is truly remarkable. I stopped by the restroom mirror to check how they looked. I could not see them at all. They hide completely out of sight. I sat down at my booth, and my friend started talking. The AI Active Noise Cancellation immediately went to work. The background noise of the diner faded into a low hum, while my friend's voice came through crystal clear. I was amazed. I did not have to lean forward or ask them to repeat themselves once. The 3 noise reduction modes allowed me to adjust the setting to fit the noisy environment. I clicked the button until I found the right level. The transition between modes was seamless.I also really like that there is no left-right wearing distinction. I am very clumsy, and trying to figure out which piece goes in which ear is always a struggle for me. With these, I just grab one and put it in. It fits perfectly either way. The medical skin-friendly material is very comfortable. I wore them for over three hours today, including the drive to and from the restaurant. I completely forgot they were there. I bought these replacement ear tips, as my last pair had become unstable while doing daily activity. After a few weeks of wearing them, I find that wearing my hearing aids all day is a lot more pleasant, and I don't have to fiddle with them all the time. The first thing I noticed was how easy they were to fit to the hearing aids. They hold very securely once in place, perfect for daily activities. I didn't have any trouble installing them or spend a lot of time doing so. Comfort is a big thing for me because I wear my hearing aids for hours on end. I never get that feeling of wanting to rip them out right after putting them in with these ear tips. They sit easily, so I can focus on conversations, watching TV, walking around the house or out and about, without distraction. I watched them closely for the first few days to see if they would move when I was talking, chewing, or moving my head. Held in place much better than I thought they would. I won't say they are a game changer in a dramatic sense, but the secure fit makes the experience of listening to music on them much more smooth and pleasant. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, just some practical, comfortable, and reliable replacement ear tips. This was exactly what I needed for this product. This is a product that doesn’t need to be flashy to be functional. Just getting the hearing aids fitted properly makes everyday use much easier and more comfortable.

I received my package in the mail very lately. I unpacked the box immediately because my hearing has been getting progressively worse over the last few years. My family complains that I watch television with the volume turned up way too loud. I decided to give this product a try to see if it would help with that specific issue. I put them in right away.The 32-Channel processing really does make a massive difference compared to other devices I tried before. The sound comes through very clear without making every single background noise unbearable. I sat in my living room and listened to a news broadcast. For a long while, I could not understand the dialogue without needing closed captions. My spouse walked into the room and spoke to me in a normal voice, and I heard every word perfectly. The AI Active Noise Cancellation seems to do exactly what the description claims. It blocks out the hum of the refrigerator and the air conditioner.I am planning to wear them to the grocery store later to see how they perform in a larger space.
