Little pricy but love the rower. Doesn’t sit low to the ground like some of the other rowers. If you already have an ifit subscription you can link the subscription between machines which is nice. Not too difficult to put together.

Garbage for the money! Customer service is horrible! IFIT software is trash. Machine makes load ticking noises and video freezes. Cannot log in workouts. Every time I contact Customer service I get someone else who wants to walk through the reset process. It’s been reset so many times and look on the Internet there have been problems with this machine for years. I should have done my homework before purchasing. It’s a rower, works fine, very frustrating that I have to use IFIT, it can’t be that expensive to throw YouTube on one of these. YOU CANT EVEN FAST FORWARD OR REWIND THROUGH A WORKOUT!! Such garbage, horrible software Wish I had bought a cheaper rower and a cheap tablet

When you pay this amount of money, to be blocked from watching Netflix etc, is ridiculous. You are locked into ifit or manual mode, but why can't you have ifit AND access to apps? You will get bored of the same rowing instruction etc. you are better off with another rower, or the base model nordictrac and a nice Roku TV mounted. WASTE ... show more

I purchased this Rower last year, and a mere four months of usage the spring snapped. It took 3 months to get the replacement. Then, two months later, the new spring snapped. This time it took 5 months for a replacement. This Rower may be cheaper than a Hydrown, but not worth it. Get the Wave or spend the money on a Hydrow. Item arrived heavily scratched. Well, I couldn’t put it back in the box so I’ll set it up. App would not synch rower and phone. Ok. Couldn’t get Amazon’s membership code to work so I cancelled it and bought membership from Norditrack. Machine worked and I did one of their workouts. Next day? Machine would not load anything. Machine was defective and not usable when received due to warped fan wheels. Waited weeks to receive parts to repair. Had to install myself. Once fans were replaced, function was good. Resistance adjustment began to degrade after about 1 year. Short of 2 years owned, resistance adjustment no longer functions. Customer support is nonexistent. Should have bought a Peloton.
