My husband absolutely loves this workout bench. The base support is very sturdy, and there’s no wobbling at all when sitting or working out. The padding is just right—not too firm—and it stays comfortable even during longer sessions without feeling hard or uncomfortable. This bench is pretty sturdy. The only thing I would like different is an adjustable foot support with more positions. The bench only allows two positions that are fixed. I do like the width of the seat and backrest.
