I have a few issues with this item but they are personal, so here is my review on this item! Very sturdy , follow directions.great size for the price , it’s stabile. Easy to use , well maybe but overall ok. So I’m here to get good quality items for cheap, so for that reason I can deal with some of the issues . The item came with an extra piece , metallic , haven’t figured out what it’s for . I reviewed all the instructions no such luck . But without using it this piece works great . The locking mechanism is high, wife is short so she won’t be able to lock and unlock. Other than that very stable easy to fold and unfold . The base is not as “pretty” as I would like it to be . I may have to utilize some large pavers instead of the water filled base weights provided . Overall, for the price it’s a great item. No LED , which is great for me . They were not mentioned in description just reminder . I just ordered the cover for it. $10 more. I was ok with out it but then it rained and I I would like for this item to last several years not just one . The cover protects the “metal parts “ and the fabric . The base unfortunately will take a hit. Like any patio furniture I foresee this lasting about 5 years without issues and then have issues after that. But that’s my prediction. Anyways I would recommend , great item. I got it on sale so was the cheaper option for me . As soon as I set it up I was at wow . I would buy again , give as a gift , definitely recommend. I do plan on buying a bigger structure but for now this will do . Happy shopping and hope this honest review helps . I don’t get paid for this .

Absolutely love this patio umbrella! The quality is amazing and it feels extremely durable compared to others I’ve had. Setup was super easy — it only took me about 5–10 minutes from start to finish. I ended up drilling it into my deck and adding the base weights around the legs for extra security, and it has held up incredibly well. We’ve used it on some really windy days and I was honestly impressed. The umbrella itself has some flexibility to it and actually moves with the wind instead of fighting against it, which makes you not have to constantly worry about it tipping or breaking. It gives great shade, looks great outside, and feels like something that will last a long time. Definitely worth the purchase!

Oh my goodness we love this. Instantly I feel cooler even just being in proximity to it. It casts a really good amount of shade, enough for two deck chairs + table, and my baby on her blanket and my dog. It holds up well just with water for weight but we’ll see how it holds up in storms hahah. Looks good and relatively easy to learn to put up and down. The only thing is that it doesn’t really stay if we try to adjust where the umbrella is or how open it is. Which I think it is supposed to. But otherwise a really great purchase and value for the money.

It is very sturdy. I put 25 lbs of sand in each of the bases and it is very resitant to winds. It is easy to set up and to open and close the umbrella. The color matches my patio set so well. Perfect especially for the price.

I really like the amount of shade this umbrella provides. The 10-foot size covers a large area and works well over my patio seating. It looks nice and was fairly easy to set up. However, the umbrella itself is not very sturdy. Even with light or low winds, the top moves around a lot and feels unstable. I find myself having to close it more often than expected because I worry it could get damaged. If you plan to use it mostly on calm days, it does provide great shade, but I wish the umbrella portion was built stronger.

This was a fantastic purchase that totally changed my patio at my townhome from a hot, boring area to a lovely oasis! It does take a long time to fill the base inserts with sand, but the stability will be worth it. This investment has spurred me to finally make the cozy seating area that I have missed since moving to this home. Great appearance, great functionality, great value! May edit to submit photos when my summer oasis is complete.

The umbrella itself is nice however, I did not receive the 4 triangular bases. I called BOTH customer service numbers on the pamphlet for a few days and the mailbox remained full. I tried emailing to the email address provided on pamphlet , no response. I had to google the company to get another email address to Customer Support and received a response to return or exchange. They had no access to my order since it was via Amazon. I replied back that I did not want to go through that “ hassle” ( my vehicle will NOT support such a long item) All I wanted was the 4 bases. That seemed simple enough, right? I also provided them with the Amazon information from my order and kindly asked them to rectify. Companies that sell on Amazon really need to do better. I would be VERY hesitant to order from them again. I had to use another weight to hold the umbrella down. Here’s a picture of what I got versus what I ordered. I am truly disappointed. Product only receives 2 stars because the umbrella is nice however, customer service needs some major” work.
