This should not be this difficult. I have tried to connect 7 times and it will not connect. So I want to use manual mode and there are not clear directions on how to do so. This is very frustrating for a litter box.

    • total waste of money
I'll be returning this item. there is seemingly no way to operate the device without connecting it to your phone, but the only way to do that is the connect your phone to the "box's wifi"? I still have no idea what the point of that was, but you can't input the device ID to connect or connect by getting the device on your regularly wifi. but the thing is that the "box's wifi" never shows up as an option and there's literally no way to do it. aside from that the app is god awful, even if you chose English as the language, you still get pop-ups that you have to answer in other languages so you don't know what you're clicking.... DONT BUY!! ... show more

It works well if you plug in and go. I tried and failed to set up with wi fi, but decided to try it out. Really works like it says by just plugging it in, and cat goes and 9 minutes later, boom, mess is moved to the tray. I like it for the price.

    • Setup Issues - Technology required to setup however its poorly developed
The app required to operate this product is terrible and not functional. The setup process requires you to connect to a wifi that the device creates however it does not actually send it. Unable to setup will need to return

    • Not working after four months
Was working fine. Mind you I didn't use the wifi, it never connected. But worked when you plugged in in. Now after four months it doesn't self cleaning. The booklet it comes with does not have a customer service number to call for assistance or warranty.
