I've worn Signia hearing aids for a while and am looking for some new domes. I haven't tried this style before but thought the design would work well for my ears. I ordered them in a small size since the Signia domes tend to be pretty small. It took some time to get the dome properly inserted onto the hearing aid, and sometimes it popped off. If you have fine motor skill issues, this might be fairly frustrating. Once attached, I put on the hearing aid as usual. The fit was different in that it filled the full space into my ear but wasn't as flexible as I was used to. It did block out a little more of the ambient noise that I typically hear when wearing the hearing aids, but it didn't necessarily make the sound I heard from my hearing aids more focused or crisp. I also have tinnitus, so some of that ambient noise helps mask that noise, and the tinnitus was more noticeable with these domes on my hearing aids. I wish they were a bit more flexible ad easier to apply. At the current price of just under $10, they might be worth a try if you're in the market for new domes. For now, I'll be sticking with the originals, but I can see where these would be affordable and effective for man people. ... show more
