It doesn't make any noise and you can easily change the volume with just a few button presses. You can use it right away and it's not too expensive. My grandmother loves wearing it and now we don't have to turn the TV up so loud. It's so much better for all of us. This hearing aid is fantastic.

I ordered this hearing aid for my mom because she doesn't hear very well. But this hearing aid surprised me and turned out to work better than expected. I walked up to her about 20 feet away, turned my back to her and spoke in a relatively low voice and she could hear every word!

These sound amplifiers are fantastic. At first I always had a hard time hearing my coworkers on the other side of the office. Now I wear them, turn down the volume, and it's enough to hear them. They're also small enough to carry around and wear without being noticed.
