Starting to lose parts of my hearing due to ear damage has been a bit of a nightmare. I've dreaded hearing aids, replacing batteries, and just general embarrassment. Let's be real... These look like hearing aids, there's no hiding it. But, they work. The sound was clear, with settings to amplify high, low, or everything. Each ear piece is adjusted independently to match the individual characteristics of each ear. The noise cancellation does seem to remove certain environmental sounds, but voices and other louder sounds are clear or sometimes overly loud in compensation. The charging case charges with USB-C and the hearing aids are stored in the case to charge like most wireless earbuds. The case is a convenient way to store them when not in use and easy to carry in a purse or jacket until needed. The only minor complaint is the volume control. To change the volume you need to cycle through all 8 levels. So for instance if you have them at volume 5 and want to lower them to volume 3, you need to cycle through 6, 7, 8 then back through 1, 2 and finally 3. In a loud environment where you want to lower the volume, this can be a bit frustrating. It does remember what volume it was set to when it is charged, but without cycling through to level 8 again, there's no way to tell. Overall, these work very well. The level of noise cancellation takes a bit of getting used to, and the volume hasn't needed to be adjusted often which minimizes the complaint about the volume control. A good value for someone who may need hearing aids but can't get them through insurance or otherwise.

This is a cool product to use, as it was nice to have app compatibility too. It takes a while to learn though because it isn't as intuitive as I would like. Still, the product seemed very sturdy and had lots of features. There were about 5 or so buttons on the side that allow you to seamlessly operate the device. I like the noise cancellation on these since it drowns out specific background noise. It is super simple to control the volume up and down. I recommend it since it is made of good quality material while having a nice case to put them in. And the charging capability is really convenient to use.

Setting up and using the device was straightforward enough, even for a senior citizen like my grandmother. She appreciated how compact and discreet they were, which helped her feel less self-conscious about wearing them. The sound quality was decent overall, although there were some instances where background noises seemed to overpower speech. This wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did require us to adjust the volume settings frequently. The charging case is convenient and easy to use, and we liked that it could charge both devices at once. However, the battery life didn't last as long as advertised, especially during heavy usage. Additionally, while the customer service team was helpful when we reached out, shipping times were longer than expected. Overall, the Elonvoc Nano Digital Rechargeable Hearing Aids are a decent option for seniors and adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. But due to their inconsistent battery life and occasional difficulty filtering out background noise, I give this product three out of five stars.

I've had problems hearing companions speak in environments where there's a lot of background noise... busy restaurants, window air conditioners running, loud TVs, etc. It's not so bad that I'm willing to spend thousands on a hearing aid, but it's frustrating to keep asking friends to repeat themselves. These are a great lower-cost solution! I put one in one ear while having dinner with a friend at a very busy Cracker Barrel and lo-and-behold, I could hear her so much better that I don't think I had to ask her to repeat herself once. These don't eliminate background noise, but her voice was clearer and separate (I don't know how else to describe it) from the background noise. I like the fact that there are 3 "modes" and 8 volume settings, although as noted in another review, it's frustrating to go through higher volumes when what you want to do is lower the volume (volume 6, 7, 8, 1, 2...); Cracker Barrel was LOUD before I got it around to where I wanted it - but it does make the volume easy to adjust. You get multiple ear cones so you can find ones that are best-fit for each ear, along with a brush and a small maintenance tool. If you need some hearing help -- especially if you only need it occasionally -- these should really help.

I got these to replace a set of behind the ear hearing aids that have gone past their prime. I was shocked at how easy to set up these were and especially how comfortable they are. I really liked the idea of noise cancelling as so much of my problems seem to be from loud ambient noise. This mutes this buzz quite well allowing me to focus on the conversations at hand. Much like iPods, these come in a secure holder/charger. The case charges the aids and you can charge the case with or without the aids inside. This gives you a very long time between charges. They come with 3 different size 'domes' to assist in getting the best fit so you don't have to sacrifice at all. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable and a cleaning brush. They thought of everything you'd need to get going right away. Volume control is one direction which is a minor nuisance, needing to cycle through all levels higher until it starts over. This makes turning down volume a bit of a hassle, but for the most part, once it is set, you don't need to frequently change it.

These Nano Digital Rechargeable Hearing Aids work good for amplifying sounds. I got these for my dad to try and he really liked them while watching tv and having conversations with people. He said the only complaint is the volume button, you have to adjust all thru each setting to find the correct level to suit you as you need it.
