Works perfectly for our 2025 Ford Mach-E. This is the EXACT same CCS1 charge adapter that Tesla uses on their CCS1-compatible Supercharger stations and also sells to non-Tesla owners (just search youtube for Tesla-branded CCS1 adapter and you'll see this exact adapter). It is also the same adapter Ford sent to Mach-E and F-150 Lightning owners when the Tesla network opened to Ford vehicles. Nissan sells the same one through their dealers for $200. This adapter meets the full requirement of UL 2252 that requires an automatic interlock to prevent the Tesla NACS plug from being pulled out of the CCS1 adapter while it's plugged into the car. You have to release the CCS1 adapter from the car first which is the proper and safe way to use these adapters. The interlock uses a spring-loaded pin inside the CCS1 cavity that is depressed when the adapter is fully engaged and locked in the EV port. This interlock prevents the NACS plug from releasing even if you try to push the NACS release button while it's plugged into the car. The Lectron Vortex Plus adapter was recently released with this UL 2252 interlock since the original Lectron Vortex standard adapter does not have it. Most adapters currently sold claim "UL 2252 compliant" but do not have this UL 2252 feature and if you don't see the interlock pin inside the CCS1 cavity, then the adapter is not fully compliant.

Its quality seems quite high, I've used it on several charges lately, no issues with it. It seems to be the same as Volvo sells for 3½ times the $. The CCS1 release button works easily. I wish the NACS plug release was a little less clumsy, but this is a very compact design.

With lots of these adapters to choose from, I focused on a few details. Charge protections built in, Tesla Supercharger V3 and V4 support. Locking device for both cable ends and build quality. This is the same charger that the Nissan dealership shows although with their branding afixed. Look for yourself. This is a must have and saved our day when Tesla was the only close option and charger demand running high for a holiday weekend. Plugged this in opened the Tesla app and boom we were charging away at high speed. Definitely recommend with no reservations, you will not be disappointed.
