I really like the awning once it was up. Its easy to roll out and back in. The most discouraging and difficulty was putting it together. We used the video which is supplied on Amazon, and that really helped us with the assembly, but also the written instruction which is poorly written. We also searched for instructions on line which gave us guidance for installing it to our house wall. Another item, is that the weight information would be helpful, for getting needed help to install. The measurement diagram for installing on the house wall, the instructions appear to be wrong and/or don't make any sense.

I had to hire a handyman to install this but it was well worth it. He had to get some extra supplies because of where I wanted it hung. It’s completely out of the way when closed and opens easily with the hand crank. Rain or shine, we now have more use of the back patio.

The most unfortunate purchase I have made on Amazon, the seller did not want to return my money and I had to keep the product. I do not recommend it at all, the installation is very difficult and the pergola is not worth it, it is not durable and it does not fulfill what it promises in what is advertised, please do not waste your money

This is a decent quality awning but the horrible directions would cause me to never buy this product. Many hours of time and money were wasted because of the lack of basic directions. In addition the directions that were provided were vague and the illustrations were of poor quality and rendered them almost useless

I was a little worried about purchasing this product as I had seen reviews where the product came damaged or people had a hard time putting it together. I was able to build 2 units in about an hour each, which watching TV. For the install, I did get better screws, as the ones they provide are not great, but other than that, the whole thing an overall good experience.

We like it very much,however the directions were a little troublesome. It was not clear,to us anyway, which way or side was which. We got some things backwards and had to take them apart and redo them. Once we got it all figured out it’s good.
