Excellent customer service. There was a hiccup, but they took care of it. We are thrilled, it rides so smooth, easy to maneuver. This has brought some independence to her life. Its convenient to store. We're so thrilled about this particular mobility scooter, its fantastic!!!

When you see scooters that cost $3000+, you have to ask how good a 'cheap' one could be. Don't fool your self. THis one has all the functionality of the expensive ones. I waited to review this until I had some time using it in the real world. Is it portable? Yup, folds up to be no bigger than a large suitcase. Airline had no problem with it. Id it fit for large people? Yep, we run it without the arm rests to ease entry/exit. Battery life? Seems pretty robust. Battery easily removes for travel on air. Build quality? Pretty good. Just be sure when you raise the seat that the locking pins engage. It does have a wide turn radius due to it being four wheel, but you get used to it. Might not have the most powerful motor for hills, but thats a fair trade off for battery life. Vendor support is very good. Would recommend this scooter for light to medium usage. THe reader will need to evaluate their own needs to determine what scooter style works best for them.

This has been so helpful! It has came in handy with attending my grandsons baseball games, grocery shopping, etc. It is easy to get in and out of the vehicle as well.

The Mobility Scooter from BIQISSI is exactly as advertised. It is literally, plug and play. It slides out of the box with ease and after a very few hook-ups and screws it is ready to go. It is sturdy and easy to maneuver. Kate was as my customer service specialist and was always available offering help even though I did not have any problems. Their customer service is the best. I am totally pleased with the purchase of this scooter and I would highly recommend it.

Great scooter. The machine has plenty of powers does and is lightweight . Only 44 lb can get this in and out of car easily . Has nice quality look love the lights and horn. The only thing wish had little more leg room great device for the money
