Rode it a month so far, manual says 300 lb not 500lb. I let a grown working man ride it and he wrecked it at a week old. Don't let anyone ride it they can't handle it. Emailed the company in China , they asked for pictures had a nice man from Pennsylvania call me to take credit card and order, parts arrived in a few weeks, hard to get parts but they sent them, I put them on. Tires are air. Remote with a tremendous alarm if someone moves it. My first scooter and I'm well pleased with it. I ride side my wife walking for exercise, it's quiet, good lights, horn, good fit, don't turn at higher speeds. Opposite motorcycle left handle works rear brakes, right side twist throttle, good brakes.

It is a good machine that had some rough spots. The brake locks didn’t work properly. They can release suddenly without warning allowing It to move. This was taken care of by Andre, he has been a great help in obtaining satisfactory results. The last thing is the turning! It takes more effort to turn than I was used to. Otherwise it is a very well built. It zips around quickly. The 3 speed selection is really good. The reverse button is in a good spot to use as much as needed.

This is a beautiful machine. Lots of great features similar to what you find in a car. Easy to learn and operate. Having ridden ATVs for years, this was very similar to an ATV to operate. I live in a 55 and older mobile home park and have cruised through the park using mostly 1st gear. It has 3 gears. I have received compliments accompanied by OOh's and Ah's from everyone who sees it. Beautiful candy apple red color. Good suspension going over the speed bumps. Comfortable seat. Arm rests fold up for ease of access to seat. One negative: Suspension is pretty stiff, even with minimum air pressure in tires.

Seems to be well made. It's easy to put on the accessories. It came shipped in a very sturdy shipping container. It was fully charged in about 2 hours then I drove it for 2mi everything worked it is very comfortable to ride. I can't wait for the nice weather to get here so I can get out on the local trails. But for what I know about it now I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my husband and he loves it! So do my grandkids 😊 We live in town so he is able to go to convenience store and DG for his needs. He is no longer dependent on me for what he wants. I was quite surprised as to how fast it goes. Too fast for him! Love the 2 storage spots for his DG run. Better than expected! I always have doubts dealing with these imports but this scooter so far is doing fine. 500 miles and no problems. Steering area is less than desireable in tight spaces and not anywhere close to a typical mobility level scooter for tight turns but out in the open area and at the speeds these can reach it is fine. At full speed of 15mph expect handling to be a bit shakey until you get used to it. For anyone not comfortable at full speed, place it in speed 2 and it feels as safe as anything out there. The manufacture should have added some caster to the front suspension but it's not terrible - just a bit touchy at 15 mph. And the throttle off auto braking takes some getting used as it's abrupt if just letting off the throttle at speed but practice in controlling a stop with throttle control smoothes it right out. Get some help uncrating it. Not too hard but it IS crated well and wired in place with heavy wire. My seat back was extremely loose but all else seemed fine. Tips: If you hate the mirrors looking like a space alien bug from a foreign sci fi movie, simply install them on opposite sides and twist the mirror half way around to look "normal". See picture for clarification. To prolong battery life, IGNORE the bars of charge state. Charging the batteries at 60 volts while standing still will get 20-22 miles per charge and stress the batteries MUCH less than straining them to 1-2 bars on the graph. At 60 volts the bars still show full, but charging 12 volt batteries at 12 volts (times 5 for 60 volts) (four bars still lit) keeps them happier for a longer life. While under load the volts may reach 56-57 (2 bars) near this point but let it rest a moment sitting still. If it rises and stays around 59-60 volts and back to 4 bars consider that a good time to recharge. It won't be too bad to let it drop to 1-2 bars and lower voltage if needed from time to time but in the long run this only gets 5-8 or so more miles and stresses the batteries quite a bit more. They'll live longer recharging at a resting voltage of 60 volts even with 4 bars lit.
