This is an outstanding scooter in this price range. First of all the shipping was very quick for an item this big. Next it was very easy to assemble. Just tighten the steering column and put on the seat. Finally the quality and attention to detail is fantastic. Baskets on the front and back. A phone and cup holder included. The seat is wide and comfortable. And it is quick. Medium speed is faster than the average walker. Haven't really tested the battery life fully but I'm sure that is fine. Highly recommended

We weren’t sure about this because of the low price but my wife, only user, loves it. Quiet with an adequate turning radius she has regained some lost mobility. Parts are pretty well manufactured with only one real quality issue in the seat post assembly. If you are slightly mechanically inclined this won’t be a difficult assembly. If you rely on printed directions- good luck A bit heavier than we would have thought but we probably won’t want to pack it up for any reason.

Scooter is ok but we’ve been having issues with the seat back it keeps moving we even had to replace the screws and add washers to hold it in place and every time my mom sits in it the seat back looks like it’s about to fall apart. Other than that it’s good.

It's everything I wanted. I'm 84, so I don't have a lot of muscles, but I can put this in the back of my truck. It has a long range and it can be fast. I like it a lot.

Product is absolutely excellent, very easy installation and works right away. The only down side is that the delivery driver was very rude and practically threw the box about 4 feet from door. I will never recommend FedEx to anyone after what I witnessed. We were in the garage when he arrived , we were polite and asked if he could put it there. Instead, and ignoring us, he dragged the item through our yard to the walk way and flung it, went back through kicking plants , jumped in his FedEx truck and sped off.

The video is completely false advertising. You show the guy hitting a button and the entire scooter folds out automatically. The seat has to be disconnected, NOT what the video shows, the front you have to unscrew in order for the front handle come up. The video shows everything automatically, which is AI. It is not as simple as it looks at all. You lied!!! And the seat is wobbly. We will see if the battery life is as it states. Takes alot of room for it to turn and you have to back up and keep manuering. It works right now enough for when we can't walk.
