So much fun! Easy to maneuver in small spaces. The seat is a little hard and the back of the seat needs to be a little taller. I’m 5’7” and the back of the seat hits just under my shoulder blades. I hate turning on the power and the horn goes off once and scares me. It would be nice to have an option to turn that part off. It does it constantly when it’s not in the drive gear and you turn it on but that part is good because sometimes I forget and it can’t go if it’s not on!. Other than that it’s very quiet while driving and stops pretty fast. I like the size of it and being able to get around when there is a bunch of people. Not bad for the price. I've given myself many months of use before reviewing. 1. Fantastic value 2. Easy to assemble and disassemble 3. Comfortable 4. Long battery life 5. Weight of each disassembled piece is easy to lift. Now my opinions. Very easy and nice ride, I have one leg and can get it in and out of my jeep, assemble and disassemble with ease. I had to put velcro under the mat to keep it in place (no biggie). It's an extremely low clearance to the floor, so going thru doorways is sometimes a challenge. I'm in a one level home and can't get out of my front door, back door or into my garage without ramps and they're only maybe 2-2.5 inches. The only time I've experienced a tip over was in the beginning, once was attempting to go thru my back door, I tipped and fell, another I was parked on a slant and I tipped and fell, the third was in a crosswalk getting onto the sidewalk, the grade was too much and I tipped and fell. I know what to do now so that doesn't happen again hopefully. Dont go too fast at those moments, put legs out for balance and pay attention. The plastic piece under the seat came off so that needs to be fixed. My main complaint is the throttle. It tends to at times when I lean forward, it gets stuck into my shirt/hair/sleeve and I don't realize until it pulls and makes me move abruptly. This happens a lot. Or it will get pushed by my dog and make me again move abruptly. The other complaint is for some reason the lever for locking the wheels so it doesn't roll, it's not working properly, it will allow the scooter to roll approximately a foot or more even rho it's in the lock position. I'll release it and kick it again and it will work for a while but then roll again. The weels are great, grip well, I put a small light on the back for being outside after dark, just for safety. The basket it nice to have. The headlights are bright and I can see quite far. The horn is really not needed. It continually will beep if you sit too long or forget to turn it off, nice reminder to save the battery. I don't use the armrests. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, it was a fantastic price and it has really made my life outside the home, shopping, going places much much easier. And just to add in, running over your toes is much less painful with this scooter than a wheelchair. ... show more

I recently became an amputee and this scooter allows me the freedom to do things I wouldn't be able to do in a wheelchair. What I like about the scooter. 1. Price - affordable 2. Compact size. Easy to get into areas larger ones would not be able to. 3. Easy to maneuver. 4. Battery lasts a long time. 5. Lightweight. Cons: 1. Buttons for the horn and headlight fell off one day while loading in the car and we didn't notice until we got home. Now we don't have the buttons. I was still able to use the headlight until it got stuck in the on position and won't shut off. Only goes off when we turn the key off. Becaause of these two issues I subtracted 1 star. Overall I love this scooter and hope it lasts a long time. ... show more

This is a well-built machine! It took about 30 minutes to carefully assemble. Directions were easy to follow. My wife, dealing with MS, needed a scooter to get around our home on those days when the legs just don't want to move, and especially after a shower, which can drain her of what little energy she has. She said, "It's the best $700 we ever spent!" That's all I needed to hear. Highly recommend this scooter. Follow the instructions and fully charge the battery until the LED is Green and then add another hour or two of charging to get the battery to optimal condition and charge storing. It turns on a dime and can squeeze through any size doorway. The blue finish is really nice. Afterall, we live in a blue state. ;) ... show more

It died on me in The middle of the Knotts Berry Farm, my son in law had to push it to the parking lot, in the Living ZOO Palm Springs I had to rent electric wheelchair, Today I tested it again after fully charged it died without 30 seconds without warning, Prior vacation I used it about 6 times in San Diego ZOO And Safari Park, Ocean Beach, cannot contact customer service of the product and Amazon don't accept return...Out of $ 860 Bucks and stack with piece of s...Update 6 days after 30 days return policy trying to find customers service on Vive website, for so many products they are selling there is no customers' support, I'm dealing how to dispose this machine, which is totally useless, we have Landfield dumpster and recycle, I don't know if I should take the battery to Best Buy to recycle it, couple month ago I've bought e-bike and it was working just fine, I did not have to deal with this question because it was stolen in one month in front of my local gym at noon...I had to ask MTS driver to take me home for free because I did not have any money...In few months I lost $ 2,900, I started my early social security retirement in August 2022 and now I spend 23 hours in my bed... ... show more

I was worried about this product because it was so much lower priced than the next higher one, but it turned out be to an excellent machine. I've had it for three days and it comes apart and loads in the car trunk very easy. Just great engineering. (Now my wife wants one).
